We purchased a split king mattress set and at the same time their Resort Sateen sheets on 3/14/2024. We paid $198.30 for the sheets (need to have our head examined). We did not use the sheets until about a week ago; well beyond their 100 day satisfaction guarantee. We did not wash them prior to putting them on and about seven days later I leaned on my elbow to roll over and heard a ripping sound. I found that the bottom fitted sheet ripped almost clear across the mattress. I called customer service and was told that they aren't eligible for replacement and that they would only give me a 30% off coupon. What a joke! We will never purchase anything from Cariloha again. They do not stand behind their products. I have never had sheets rip like this especially ones that are over priced like these were. I would give them a zero if I could especially for their customer non-service. They are not BBB accredited and have a "F" rating.

Then in 15 minutes again (7:45) in Spanish and English the loud speaker stated again. The. In ten minutes the loud speaker again. Then in five minutes the store is closed. So that was at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 7:55 and then at 8:00. The entire time we were shopping we were being kicked out. Horrible experience. I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

One of the shoes even still had a "trying on sock" inside of it. I should never have been sent the store's display shoes after placing an online order expecting a new pair. When I contacted Academy customer service, I was told my option was to return the shoes to the store, which would mean about a 1.5-hour round trip for me. The shoes are not damaged and I was willing to keep them if Academy offered a reasonable adjustment, but instead I was expected to spend my own time and gas fixing a problem that should never have happened in the first place. This was a very disappointing experience.

We still bought it. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I love that the store looks upscale and more organized, unlike Sears and JC Penney nearby. While the prices are a bit more expensive, the store and staff justify it. They have the more upscale brands.
