They have both Açaí bowls and smoothies. You can order either a signature bowl or build your own in three different sizes. Depending on the size, your custom build can have up to 6 bases for the large (24 oz), 4 for the medium (16 oz) or 2 for the small (12 oz). You then get to pick which toppings you want from different categories. I chose the "humble" size (small) Post Workout signature bowl which has Açaí, blue majik, chocolate peanut butter chia pudding, dark chocolate sea salt granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter drizzle. It was so good and filling. I got mine to go and they wrap it in plastic instead of jamming a lid on it or limiting the toppings. You can order online for takeout or delivery as well. I can't wait to go back to try a different signature bowl!

I have ordered bowls to take home and save for later, but haven't figured out a great way to keep them frozen but thawed enough to eat easily..especially the peanut butter and chia. They are still good a few days later, but harder ;) to eat.
