They were unable to repair her glasses however they not only cleaned and reset her backup pair that would fall off with the slightest tilt of her head, They would not accept payment and spent an hour with her making sure she was sorted. She never diagnosed this even though I've had it in my left eye for about 10 years. If I had known, I could have started the AREDS2 vitamins many years ago to slow the progression. I also know there have been other patients of hers that had glaucoma that she also never diagnosed, and some of them were far advanced. If you're going to use her as an eye doctor, she's OK for getting a prescription, but make sure you get your eyes' health checked by someone who knows what they're doing.

Puzio upgraded my lenses to premium lenses without discussing why or the cost. It doubled the cost of my glasses. The bill also had charges such as custom measurements. When I picked up my glasses they said are they tight enough and sent me on my way. After a few days I was still having trouble reading so I went back and got them adjusted. They still didn't work. The eye exam was done differently than I had experienced with in the past and I did not feel it was very good so I went to an optical practice I used before we moved here. Guess what! The prescription was wrong. Puzio did change the lenses to this prescription but I had to pay for that in addition to their overpriced glasses.

She said oh he won't be seeing you for another 90 mins because he's running late.... So basically I had an 11:00 A.M. appointment... I went today to the Cape Opticians location on Route 132 Hyannis to see if they could help me. A very pleasant lady took them and returned not more than a few minutes later and had me try them on.
