The clerk told me their house brand was a solid goto and was on sale. The clerk recommends a Gelato (which I later found out is a hybrid with 20% sativa) . Initially upon rolling my first J, were chemical smells coming from the flower and the smoke smelled like cigarettes. I would like to know what they soaked or sprayed their flower with since they claim to grow it in lake Elsinore. I plan on writing a letter and making an official request. I also want to have the flower I bought tested.

Loyal customer since 2025 due to great service everyone has given until now On September 19, 2026…read moreme and my first time client cousin that drove from Las Vegas went to purchase the House Shake 28 grams for $40 bag which was not available that day the security Wajdi and Ariel bud tender said "come back in two days will be available. I said that's fine I'll come back, but 15 minutes later Wajdi calls us back mentioned he had the house shake available so me and my cousin arrived and Wajdi handed us the two bags because bud tender Ariel had black gloves on she couldn't give us the product with the house shake I told Wajdi "the first bag seem to weigh very light", which made me ask him "to bring the scale to weigh the product". Wajdi asked his nephew who packed the product to bring out the scale the nephew told me "he hooked it up with extra nuggs" and continued weighing the product it showed 24 grams on the scale when it's supposed to be 28 grams missing 4 grams; meanwhile the nephew asked me "did I take some out". I was very disappointed and felt bad being called a thief is not professional when dealing with a loyal customer not only was I going to purchase missing product again, but also accused of being called a thief. On the second bag the nephew weighed it resulted 27 grams missing 1 gram. Manager was present at the time did not take action of the situation she looked at the scale and left straight to the back never came back out to fix the situation. I DO NOT Recommend Planet Buds this cannabis shop is a scam missing product since months ago a complaint was made by my sister bud tender Bri in which Bri agreed that the bags did seem to weigh less. Bri was aware of the complaint did not make a notice of it to her boss.
