Once opened, the product was noticeably dry and did not reflect the quality expected at that price point. When we called to address the issue, the staff member we spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to escalate the concern to a supervisor. The tone was unnecessarily defensive and unprofessional, which only made the situation worse. This experience raises concerns about both product handling and customer service standards. Customers should not have to question whether sealed products have been compromised, nor deal with resistance when attempting to resolve a legitimate concern. By the way, we did try a small smoke test and it tasted like dry, mid-grade backyard weed--definitely not what you'd expect from something labeled as premium. I would strongly recommend that management review both inventory practices and staff training moving forward.
