I'm a very big loyal customer not just Myself but my fiance as well. Today we came and were assisted by Raquel, multiple times we've had issues with her unfortunately messing our orders up. I've personally been helped by her and she very much lacks customer service . This is the 2ND TIME she's messed my order up. I try to grab the jar to get a better look of what I'm Asking to look at she pulls it back and says I can't hold the jar but let me hold the jar the last time I told her you change your rules every day and laughed. We asked about a few eights and she didn't want to look for them lazy for a bud tender she just says they had a sale and they don't have it we asked for another red banana and she says she doesn't have but she so lazy to look for it it's right in front of her face smh . DOES NOT SUPPORT MILITARY OR VETS AT ALL!!! Never returning to this disgusting dispensary again Lino and Jules are very rude and very disrespectful. My husband has served our country for 4 years and I have a military ID and was told I am not allowed to use my ID because it does not have my height and weight on it? I'm sorry but you go through a MUCH MUCH more extensive background check through the DOD than you do with the DMV. Not to mention every other dispo in town will take it but not them? I've gone here for years (happened to just forget my drivers license this time and all I had was military ID) (also I did not want any kind of discount, most of the staff have met me multiple times) and now I'll gladly spend the extra gas money going across town then to ever support a business who denies access to military members or their spouses. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Lost my business for sure and I'll make sure to tell all my fellow military spouses and everyone I know to never go here. Incredibly slow, staff walks by you and see a line out the door and just goes out back or in the back.

Very loud lobby room with employees yelling and shouting over each other like a high school cafeteria. Card reader machines magically "stop working" when you don't want to tip the employees, employees always want you to buy the most expensive product on the shelf whenever you show and it's very discomforting when your just another person not trying to break the bank. Subpar in-person culture I'd say, would benefit greatly from being a delivery service. read more

If I could add no stars I would! Being a "Black Woman" I have never encountered a racist person in my life until I met "Blake" the owner at Catalyst. Seeing that I was the "only black customer at the time" he started on me from the moment I walked in. I pulled up and parked like I normally do today I had my kids in the car, not the first time I'll add now, the security guard saw me get out of the car and said nothing to me so I preceded inside I handed my ID as I always do and here goes "Blake" to say oh, you can't have your children in the car! And he tossed my ID back at me with a puzzled look on my face "excuse me" so I'm like well when did this start because I have never had this issue before and if this was "policy" and I knew this would I pull right in front of the store? Absolutely not. So I go outside tell my kids to walk to the store and I go back in now in my defense I may have thrown my ID on the counter and he looks at my ID and was like oh, now you're banned! I'm still in shock and awe like what he's like I'm the manager so now he states his position and I precede to say well I have never had this issue before and I said to him well if you're the "manager" then all of your employees should follow protocol and procedures and he's just like oh well your banned! Well I will say this because of a job not being done you have lost a few good customers and I'm sure more will follow. Blake is a racist!!!! and this is something Hemet doesn't need especially from an uprising business. I've been coming here for a year and will never go anywhere else. This place really is for the people! They are so sweet and welcoming and helpful every time I come in. The prices are amazing, better than any dispensary I've ever been to. The labeled price also includes taxes so you're not surprised by any additional fees at checkout. The fact that there is no minimum purchase required is so helpful. They have a huge selection and I've never had a bad quality product. They constantly have deals that seem too good to be true. Once I left something I purchased on the counter and they called me right away to let me know. I feel like they value me. I look forward to coming here every time. read more

They have decent deals but their BTs are absolutely useless. As is their website, which is what brought me here, false advertising on a website is morally suspicious, doing so in the cannabis industry is actually patently against the law. I've come here numerous times just to have to "settle" because they very rarely have the items on the website actually in inventory. I recall in the Stakeholders meetings they weren't going to allow false advertising and there were going to be consequences for it. I don't see that, Catalyst constantly puts items on their menu online that they don't have on hand, it happens pretty much everytime, and I've been to this hole probably 30-40 times. It's in the desert, so people go, but if this dispensary were in a major metropolitan area it wouldn't fare as well. It's really just the least worse dispensary in the region. read more
