Honestly I switched to this dispensary because they offer a discount for those on disability. But since I have been going here over a year it just keeps getting worse and worse. 50% of the time the online ordering lets you buy products they don't have in stock so you drive 40 minutes to find half your order not filled. And then they say "you should have got a text". Which you NEVER get. But I got the one saying my order was complete. Thanks again. Another ball dropped. The selections are anemic. A year ago you could have bought half to full ounces and now they nickel and dime customers only offering 1/8 and gram quantities. Their staff also turns over faster than their products. Even their vape carts are all .5 gram or lower when they used to have much more of a selection. And when asked why they had no Xmas specials this year they said everyone is waiting for recreational to do specials. So F off to the customers that need it and have been buying from you long term? Thanks a lot. Natures care does NOT care. They are greedy and are actually ignoring the "take care of your medical customers first" rule. Also they have been setting purchasing limits claiming shortages. No it's because you are stock piling for those who will be paying top dollar. Avoid if you can. Because there are much better options who take their time with you and don't try to get you out the door faster than they can actually get you in. If I wanted to buy overpriced dime bags Id stick to the black market. read more

I had to switch to this dispensary after Verilife closed down. It's nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. My only issue I'd say is online ordering. A few times, I pre-ordered online only to get a text message later saying they're out. Not that big of an issue since I always have a plan B picked out but it would be nice if the website was regularly updated so out of stock supplies aren't being listed. I definitely have concerns as a medical patient going into January. I stopped taking 5 medications and switched to cannabis and going cold turkey from a lack of supplies is a VERY BAD THING. I hope the dispensary takes that into consideration. read more

My son and I are astonished by Nature's Care! Everything about this place rocks: the atmosphere and service is very welcoming; the selection is fantastic. I could not recommend them more! read more

I have been a customer since this establishment opened. Today was the last day I will ever go to Natures Care. For a long time I was more than satisfied, with helpful and informed staff. Now, the staff turnover is ridiculous. It seems every time I go to Natures Care there are all new people. The women who was taking care of my transaction was extremely rude. So rude I had to walk out. I will never go there again. I am a pretty easy going person so I was very surprised at the attitude I received. Its a long story and I will spare you the details, just wanted my review out here for other people searching for a dispensary. Another point to consider is the product is often out of stock. If you find a product that works for your condition, it may not be in stock when you need it. The product I went to purchase today was out of stock AGAIN Parking is also an issue. They have about 6 parking spaces. read more

My daughter was there the other day and accidentally got into the wrong line to purchase. She was verbally attacked by an older man (patient) regarding the line situation. A very nice gal who works there apologized to my daughter for this mans inappropriate behavior. This patient continued to harass my daughter in the parking lot by showing the middle finger. I called immediately requesting that a manager phone or write to both my daughter and myself so that we may express our concern with that situation. Jeff , the manager, did phone me and I had explained that my daughter felt very threatened and can no longer do business since she might see this patient again. I requested that this patient be removed and placed at a different dispensary. Jeff explained that this patient needs to show more of a "violent behavior" in order to remove him from their business. Okay, so we need to wait and see if he becomes more violent. To this day Jeff has not reached out to my daughter to check on her when all contact info. was given to the the gal who took the message and saw what happened to my daughter. I just saw Jeff and he never asked about her and he was having trouble remembering who I was when I just spoke with him a week ago. No concern or care for my daughter as a person or a patient. Other staff members are compassionate and nice. read more

I would not recommend this place. In fact I'd instruct anyone whom is in need to find a street dealer to get it from because they'd probably get more satisfaction from it. The pricing is too high, the products are bleh. I have many of my own personal views and opinions about dispensaries since I have been smoking over 20 years. I know going in the prices are at least 3 times more than I've ever spent getting it. A false claim could be convenience. This place really isn't convenient at all and it has nothing to do with covid. On another note, if you plan to buy from here make sure you show up an hour or two ahead of your pick up time so you don't have to waste your time standing in a line just to watch your pick up time pass you by. It's better to go in the afternoon or evening. I am not considered a medical patient , I'm a recreational user is what they call it. If you are to, although you might possibly get something to get you by, dispensaries in general are not worth the time, money and effort. Have a good day read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took a chance and went to a new dispensary, i was very optimistic after seeing such positive reviews, and even better I was able to place my order from home and simply stop by and pick it up, I was thrilled. Once I arrived I was greeted by a stern but friendly security guard. Shortly after he explained that we (recreational purchasing adults) needed to have a text message saying our order had been verified, prepared and ready for pick up. I patiently waited 30 minutes PAST my pick up time and began to get very frustrated. Nobody was getting a confirmation text and everyone's account said their I.D's needed to be verified. I take pride in my punctuality and I feel that businesses should too. After driving 50 minutes away from home I was completely disappointed with the process that was put in place. Lots of angry customers in line in the cold getting no update. Terrible experience and I won't be returning. read more

I could not be more satisfied and impressed with Nature's Care--they are top-tier when it comes to customer service, knowledge, selection, and their prices are becoming more manageable. I would like to specially thank Mark for always being ultra-kind and outstanding to deal with. Thank you, NC! read more
