I only points were that I didn't get any cuticle, trimmings or lotion with the massage at hand, which I usually expect in a manicure service. And the price was higher than I'm used to. When I called, I received a voicemail box that told me to make an appointment via the exact site I used. I left a voicemail stating that I was at a location that does not, in fact, exist and could someone please call me back. I never received a callback, and that was about 2 weeks ago. Fortunately, I opted to pay later and didn't have to worry about trying to get my money back. If the Whitaker St location is no longer a valid salon location, they need to remove it from their website so others don't get duped into making appointments and/or paying ahead for appointments that won't be honored.

I am giving it 2 stars though for convenient location & cleanliness of the entire salon. I personally would not recommend.
