I then made sure that Ferguson and the plumbers were in contact. The plumbers told me that the items would be delivered to their shop on Friday, July 24. As of yesterday they still hadn't been delivered so the plumbers went to pick them up. Only the toilet was found, and as of right now I have no idea where the sink and its hardware are or when they will become available. Communication has been abysmal. Never again!

Super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knew which valve assemblies were needed for the brand and style we had selected, and made sure our order was complete. Ferguson shipped all items quickly, for free. This turned out to be a very positive part of the entire remodel experience.

When we visited the showroom (we did not have an appointment), a very pleasant and helpful counter person asked Gay Wanner, inside sales, to work with us. Gay appeared to be very irritated to be asked and acted as though we were an imposition. When we asked for help in picking out faucets and a shower, she just told us to go look at the displays and tell her what we liked. When we asked about toilets, she just pointed to a wall and said "there they are". She did not ask any questions or offer any advice. She was very unhelpful. We made some choices and she wrote down our order and said to watch our email for a quote. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have not received any communication from Ferguson. We visited the Koehler showroom in Poulsbo and received excellent service & choices where we made our order and had it filled within a day.

We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. I was forced to purchase some pieces elsewhere (which will be at my home less than 8 business days after ordering and now that I did so the delayed pieces havw mysteriously shipped incurring a 25 percent restocking fee. Bear in mind they will wont even arrive at their warehouse for two more weeks and I am expected to pay an additional delivery fee they never disclosed. If you are absolutely desperate to see an honestly small and unimpressive display of a few Kohler pieces by all means feel free to visit this shop but if you are interested in actually having the pieces arrive without a headache or delay, buy them somewhere else. If you have absolutely no other option then definitely work with anyone there except Kim Stranger and certainly take nothing she says as the truth. We felt comfortable with Brad after meeting and talking a few times agreed to renovate our nearly 60 year old home with Brads assistance. My wife and I were clueless how to go about this project, designe, contractors, materials all were something seen on HDTV not real life. Brad walked us through a design after closely listening to our needs and ideas. He was able to guide us to find the perfect layout, material and a great contractor, Abode Contracting. The entire renovation came out beyond our dreams. Friends who visit are stunned how the house has been transformed. We are not wealthy the cost was not cheap but the results were amazing and a good value for what we now have. Our interior is as if you were in a new high end home. What we best liked was how Brad provided a layout that matched our wishes but he guided us to adjust it to save money and best use the area with up to date products. The most valuable service was Brad helped us choose each tile, counter type, appliances and more. We met a number of times at several vendors and got exactly what best met our needs. Brad explained at length exactly what each product matched another and would be the best value overall and fit our needs. We could have gone to costco or a box store if we wished to. Those higher end vendors gave a discount including Fergusons making it affordable a nice savings. The bid for design was kept no overruns or hidden costs even though we expanded the scope of the renovation. Abode Contracting owner Mark was also easy to work with and his team were wonderful. We lived in our home nearly the entire time of the renovation and up to the end still liked the team. We now have a modern home who's value has increased dramatically. We then talked to Janine at Best where we originally bought the fixture. She went to bat for us with the manufacturer and the replacement head was soon on its way.
