Awesome new cocktail bar in an upcoming area of Raleigh. Ambience was great and the bartenders were even better! We will definitely be back!

Let me just start out by saying the view of this place is absolutely breathtaking! I came there…read morevery late in the evening and they have a late night menu, which features a few options to accommodate everyone's pallete. My waitress was so kind and the whole staff welcomed me with a positive and friendly demeanor! I ended up getting a mocktail which tasted like something out of a gourmet bar! It was late at night, so I got a Caesar, however, the croutons taste like they make them with a fresh garlic bread. The restaurant is at the top floor of the Hyatt and is decorated beautifully with artwork that looks like it should be in the museum. I really enjoy this experience and thank you so much for accommodating us.

Asked at bar and they asked if we needed wait-service. We said "no", assuming they were short-staffed or whatever, ordered at the bar and brought our stuff outside ourselves. Bar service was fast, old fashioned was perfectly acceptable, and dessert was ok too. (some key lime pie type thing in a mason jar). Overall, decent and we enjoyed ourselves, but certainly not exceptional service, drinks or food. Nothing memorable there. View is decent from the rooftop of downtown. Definitely check it out if in the area but don't go out of your way. I would give 3.5 stars if I could.....

We've been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing it on social media and it definitely…read morelived up to the hype! They have a wide variety of sandwiches (hogies, deli style, cheesesteaks, chicken cutlets), along with burger and salad options. We opted for a cheesesteak, deli sandwich, and small salad which was the perfect amount of food for two people. My only word of caution is that the Calabrian Ceasar dressing is quite spicy, so use with caution or pick another if you don't like spicy food. The bread, meat, and toppings were all fresh and brought unique flavors that worked very well together. There was a good amount of seating both inside and outside that was clean and well kept. Be sure to check out the daily drink specials too - when we went it was $2 Tecate cans. Will definitely be back!

My family & I were in the Raleigh area around lunchtime so we decided to stop by Raleigh Iron Works…read moreand eat somewhere. We landed on Eastcut Sandwich Bar. You can order at the counter or sit at a table and scan a QR code to order. We sat outside and did the latter option. I ordered a regular sized Dagwood. It's your choice of turkey or ham, bacon, fresh mozzarella, shredded lettuce, tomato, basil pesto, garlic aioli, & house vinaigrette on a sesame roll. I chose turkey with no garlic aioli. The online menu made it super easy to choose and/or remove ingredients. We also ordered a large order of curly fries to share too. The food came out in about 10ish minutes after ordering and an employee delivered it straight to our table. The sandwich was really good. I love pesto so it's hard to go wrong with that. My only critique was the sesame roll was a little too hard to bite for my taste. Whenever I bit into it, my sandwich kept falling apart from the other end. The true star of the meal were the curly fries. They tasted similar to the ones at Arby's. Parking was super easy to find in this area. There was an open lot not too far from Eastcut so we parked there and walked over. Overall, great place for a quick bite!
