Instead of being served, the bartender completely ignored my food request, only to eventually state that the bar itself would be closing at 10:00 PM. As a customer trying to support your business, being repeatedly turned away and intentionally ignored before your posted closing time is incredibly disappointing. If your kitchen or doors strictly close earlier than advertised, that should be clearly communicated--but ignoring a guest who arrives before closing is unacceptable. Is this a race thing?
