I always call in advance to make an appt. for a regular mani & pedi, as every time I go they are always busy, so best to make an appt. Everyone is always very nice, the nail salon is clean, and they do such a good job on my nails and toes. Guys in general sleep on taking care of their nails and toes, but it's such a great feeling after they cut the nails, clean up the hands and feet, give you a great little massage, and then end it with a hot towel. I went to this nail salon on 01/05/26 around 9:30 a.m. for a basic eyebrow wax. During the service, the wax was too hot and it burned my skin. This was my first and will definitely be my last time coming here. The photo attached was taken the next day (01/06/26 at 9:40 p.m.), and it still stings badly. This is my first time at this nail salon today and it's definitely earned the worst nail salon experience I ever had. I had a gel manicure with the girl named Kelly. I had to kindly ask her to fix my nails three times on the right hand. Then she rushed very fast through my left hand and I didn't really get to check my left hand because I was still hung up on how bad the nails and painting job from the right hand. Long story short, after she finished with everything, multiple mistakes were found on the left hand fingers and she told me that there's nothing she can do because the paint is all dry. Honestly they're dirty salon Use to be my favorite I got a pedicure and they used old gloves on me that were flipped over and the more older lady used dirty tools on my feet and I guess they have this new thing if you have gel polish they charge you 5$ to change to a new color read more

Not only did she do a horrible job, but she ruined my actual nails. I've been doing dip for a while, over my own nails and never had a problem. Got them done on Saturday and by Monday they were already lifting, something that had never happened. I've never had a problem with any other tech here either. Highly recommend! I walked in with a little bit of breakage but nails still long enough that I wanted to salvage the length and reshape them. The tech asked if I wanted to "even them out or something" then immediately proceeds to cut them down to no length at all. She was very rough while using every tool. I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a poor experience, and felt so cheated, it was the only way to warn others. This was not my first time at Natural Nails. I have been a pretty regular customer, though I have never been 100% satisfied with my nails afterwards, I kept coming because of their proximity to home and reasonable prices. I asked for a dip manicure and regular pedicure, and I called to confirm the prices ahead of time. $40 for a dip manicure, $25 for a pedicure. My pedicure was done in only 15 minutes. Not a lot of time to soak my feet, and minimal attention to cleaning my nails. The lady who did my dip manicure immediately started to put the color on my nails -- no filing, cleaning, etc. I asked her to confirm she would be doing this and she said my nails were too short and she would file them after. She applied the color and kept yanking at my hands to signal me to move them. Finally I told her, "you are hurting me." After applying color, she poorly filed my nails (they're uneven) and trimmed my dead skin. She attempted to clean my cuticles, but they were covered by the dip polish, obviously. When I went to pay, I was charged $72. When I asked why, I was told it was because I wanted my cuticles cleaned. Having your cuticles cleaned is a standard part of a manicure. And if it wasn't, it should have been made clear I would be charged ~$10 extra for "having my cuticles cleaned" (though she didn't even clean them). I told Jenny I was unhappy with the service I received. My nails were uneven, and two of my fingers were cut. I received no apology or offer to fix my nails, and no price adjustment on my service. I left feeling angry and cheated. I don't expect to pay gobs of money to walk into a salon and walk out with cut fingers and uneven nails. Very unacceptable, and it is very sad that these folks showed their true colors this time. You don't appreciate me as a customer, I don't appreciate you. With so many salons to choose from, I most definitely will NOT be back. read more

She seems to "punish" you like you're a kid if you running a little late for your appointment. She will not let you reschedule and tell you to "call" her later and she may help you then. To much work just to get your nails done. They also don't want you telling them how you want your pedicure done. Natural Nails by far is the worst nail salon I have been to. I went in on a Tuesday with a scheduled appointment for a full set of acrylic nails. By the time the woman (the owner) who did my nails finished i noticed that I had two different shapes. The right had a round chunky coffin shape while the left has a square and thin shape. Throughout the entire session the girl would leave in middle of shaping my nails for 10 minutes several times making it almost a 3-hour session. Within four days one of nails popped off. I went back to have a new nail made and to fix some of the nails that were lifting. Two days later two more nails popped off. Not to mention the gel that was on the newly "fixed" nails began peeling within a day and a half. What a waste of money and time! The worst experience by far! read more

I was very disappointed with the service I was given. I had cracked one of my acrylics, although I didn't get my nails done originally at natural nails, I called to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick fix. The lady was really nice and told me to come in now, so I did. When I got there and showed her my nail, she said "oh no we should just glue it, it's easier" and before I could say anything she glued it and said "okay that's all. You can go now" I was very upset because my nail looked all crusted over with glue and had a crack right through the gel still. I don't know why she thought that was the best way to fix it... easier is not better. Anyway, I ended up going to Minailium and the guy sanded it down, added acrylic and painted with gel. He only charged me $3 and it took barely 5 minutes. I wanted to like natural nails, but I won't be returning. read more
