This salon has product displays out for products they do not have. I asked for the dark purple glitter in the book. When she started doing my nails the products she was using were a completely different brand and not the same color. I explained how this isn't what I asked for and that I wish she had told me she didn't have what I asked for but could do something similar. Instead I was lied to and told that it just looks like that with dip. It was not a pleasant customer service experience and I had an appointment for two people but there was not enough staff to fulfill our appointment so we were there for almost two hours. But Mike argued with me that I had mad the appointment for Mar 22. I said no. You wrote it down wrong. He repeated Mar 22 3 times. I said. You're wrong not my fault. And we left. NEVER TO RETURN. Look at the pics- sloppy clean up and BUBBLES FOR DAYS 3. paid ahead $40 acrylic and $15 tip. I'm already planning on taking off the color at home and repainting myself with NO bubbles. 4. Asked technician to fix the the bubbles. She said she hasn't seen them bc they were so small She added another layer of clear coat. I waited to have them dry and I left (time crunch). I used to be a regular at this place. Get my bikini wax, pedicure and manicure, gel polish. Also suggested this place to my friends and family. I started slowly noticing that the lady, katy, started having an attitude issue. So I was like whatever. Today I came in to get a bikini wax, and she was so rough. She ripped a A piece of skin from my labia majora area!!! Like I wish I could attach a picture for the reference. It's been an hr already and blood is still oozing. I paid and even left a tip thinking that it just supposed to hurt a bit. But after today I am never ever coming back. Fix the attitude. I am a paying customer and U need me more than I need you! Don't know what took me so long to write this but I love this place. I work next door at F45 Training and have been coming here for years. A quaint little nail shop where everyone acts like family. I use to be a former manicurist so it's nice to find a place that follows state board guidelines, does a great job and is an affordable price. Also with the new COVID guidelines this place is totally keeping up and I like that. They do get busy so make an appointment. It was my first time here. I live nearby but I usually drive to Beth's Nail Spa in Canton country. They were booked for the holidays so I looked up something local. This place actually has 4 stars and Beth's lowered to 3.5 :( The service was great, there was Cindy who did my pedicure and did a fabulous job and was talking to me and getting to know me, Katie who looks like the master of acrylics in the shop, and I think Mike? The kind gentleman in the shop. I got a full set with gel manicure ($45) and a pedicure ($20). They take visa. I tipped cash. A fill with gel will be $35 when I go back. I picked the gel color and per Mike, they can match the pedi color 95%. It actually came out to a pretty darn perfect match!! Katie did a great job and took her time when filing my nails perfecting the shape. I really appreciate that. I didn't notice till I got home that I have a cut from filing on my ring finger fingertip. Cindy went to town on my toes, they needed it cuz I haven't gotten a pedi in months. My feet were really dry and Cindy did open a part of my skin on my big toe with the foot scrubber, but she cleaned it with disinfectant and applied Neosporin which I did appreciate. I will definitely be back. I think their prices are similar to Beth's which is a low-cost nail salon. I felt comfortable and the environment was welcoming! The quality exceeded my expectations. I'm so disappointed with my experience here today. Two weeks ago, I had an AMAZING experience. After today I'll honestly never come back. First, my appointment started a half hour late. Whatever. But the kicker after being cut by the file on my finger was paying $45 for a pedicure with callous removal and gel, to walk out with callouses still on my feet (which were smooth like a baby's but last time), no lotion massage, or hot towel. I went on a Saturday morning but they quickly filled up and heard on phone that they were going to be booked up from 11-3pm, so make an appointment if possible! Good selection of OPI gel and regular nail polishes. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and both were great! There is a plexiglass glass that hangs down for added virus protection from workers and customers. They did a great job for both services and just definitely would come back. They were friendly and on the TV I watched the food channel and it was great! Overall it was a relaxing experience and place was clean! read more

So I had called a salon to make an appointment and it turns out I went to the wrong one... I had an appointment with one right across the street, but had walked into this salon and said I had an appointment for 12:45 and said my name. The guy looked at his schedule, asked my name again, and then said "just give us a couple minutes." instead of letting my know that I did not, in fact, have an appointment there. Regardless, we waited with our feet soaking in water for an HOUR. Why couldn't I also have been told they didn't have time? Even one of their regulars was complaining about the long wait. They sat her at a pedicure chair when they still had the 3 of us to take care of, with the two pedicurists busy with other customers. There was a woman who worked on my mom's boyfriend and was physically hurting him. He kept telling her how badly she was hurting him and half of the time, she ignored him, while the other half of the time she just made light chit chat. Not okay!! I'm so upset over our experience, and I most certainly will never go back to this place. Not only are they irresponsible and bad with time management, but they are poor communicators and the salon didn't seem as sanitary as it should be. Two thumbs down. read more

This place is hit and miss. One time excellent, the next a costly mess. Today (5/3) was a $60 mistake. Waited an hour past my appointment for the fill. Only to have BOTH pedicure and fill end up absolutely horrible. I walked in to someone already in Katie's chair, so I decided to get a pedicure. The man begins the pedicure, cuts nails and gets chatty; "Why are you here on a weekday?" (I'm working from home today) "What's your bosses number, I'm going to call your boss and tell them you're here." (I came in with three broken nails) "Did you break your nails beating someone up?" WTF?! Yes, he really said those things. He can't shut up, I'm getting upset and just give curt smiles - he's not getting a clue. Finally another employee arrives and in minutes takes over the pedicure. She begins to cut my nails... again! I make a comment that they're too short and the man says, "Sorry, miscommunication." I finally sit down to get the fill and she doesn't use tips to replace the broken nails just globs on the acrylic adding more and more to lengthen them. So bad that I left without polish. Pedicure: Nails cut too short, polish has bubbles with polish on the cuticles. Fill: Too thick, nails are different lengths and not the shape I requested. I have walked out of there before extremely happy with their work, that's why I went back. Twice, small mistakes that didn't make me rethink going back, but this morning was too much. We pay way too much money to be semi-happy with poor services. This is the reason we keep searching for a salon that offers consistently good work. I was not satisfied with my services today,sadly. I called to make an appointment once i got there it took me about 45 just to start seeing me. I was trying to be as patients possible but things didn't work out. once they got started on my finger nails, she cut them way too short & its not like you can remove it & start all over. It took me almost to hours for the poor service. To top it off , they were charging me $45 when during my initial call they had specified it would be $34. avoid this place! i have a medical condition and am already hesitant about going out to get my nails done due to it. the OLD very rude nail lady with a fake gucci mask / short hair made it a point to ask me why my toes are crooked in front of the whole shop. very unprofessional, very wrong, and i left crying. i don't think that was something that needed to be said and especially to my face loud for everyone to hear. maybe employees should be switched out for people who know what they're doing/ or they should be trained how to deal with people who have conditions. never ever coming back here- shit nail salon with even shittier people working. read more

I recently moved to the area and found Elite nails on Yelp. So, I decided to check it out and I loved it. Michael and Cindy were so friendly and engaging which is rare in my experiences. Usually the technicians ignore you and speak amongst each other in their native language. Michael, who did my manicure, and Cindy, my pedicure were super sweet and had great customer service. The price is typical. A gel pedicure and a regular manicure was $50. They did a great job though. I've received a lot of compliments so far and so far the polish has lasted awhile. Julie did an amazing job with my gel manicure today. I felt bad because I had so many layers of gel on from my last manicure, it took forever for her to get it all off. But, she was patient and really positive. She was very concerned with making sure the shape, length, and color was exactly what I wanted. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars was because of the atmosphere. The salon has obviously been around a while, and things look pretty worn and in need of updating.
