Just finished my first visit and this is absolutely my new nail salon. Jolie was fabulous, we had a blast. She was so efficient and quick too! I've never been in and out of a nail salon while receiving quality services so fast! I can't wait to come back. read more

I am beyond disappointed with this pedicure. I honestly cannot believe I paid for something that looks this careless and unfinished. The polish is uneven, thick in some areas, missing in others, and smeared around the edges. The cuticle area looks messy, the lines are not clean, and several nails look like they were painted in a rush with absolutely no attention to detail. What makes it worse is that this was supposed to be a professional salon service. I could have done a better job myself at home. I left the salon embarrassed by how my toes looked instead of feeling happy with my pedicure. I expected basic cleanliness, precision, and pride in the work, and unfortunately I received none of that. This was a complete waste of my money and extremely disappointing. I am posting the photos because they speak for themselves. I would not return, and I would not recommend this salon based on the service I received. read more

Friendly service, very fairly priced and did a great job on my pedicure! I would definitely go back!

CAUTION: If you go here for a pedicure please verify that the tools they use have been properly sterilized...wish I had. After removing the polish from a pedicure that I received here, I was horrified to discover toenail fungus on one of my big toes! In my whole life I have NEVER had toenail fungus. Now, I have to take medication that could possibly do harm to my liver. Monthly bloodwork is needed to verify the health of my liver. And, it will take almost a year to fully go away! My dermatologist said pedicures are a common cause of toenail fungus when instruments haven't been sterilized. read more

I had a fantastic pedicure today. Linda, also repaired a broken toe nail and gave me a wonderful foot treatment. The message chais was enjoyable too. read more

Updating my review to say that yes, Kalie is still the best at what she does! I'm happy with my acrylics each and every time. Kalie is very detailed, and I'm always happy with my outcome. Wonderful service as usual - I always feel welcomed. I also wanted to include a review about my recent pedicure with Vivian. I am very ticklish, and Vivian went above and beyond by giving me such an amazing pedicure service that I didn't feel uncomfortable. I was very relaxed during my pedicure and she did a great job with painting my toes too. I highly recommend Elegant Nail Spa. I've been a loyal customer since I've found this gem of a place three years ago! read more

They have always been so friendly and kind when I've come for a service. The way they work does NOT disappoint. When visiting a place let's remember the golden rule.. treat them as you wanna be treated. I've never had a bad experience here. Came back this time for my daughter and myself as a gift for her and we both walked out with big smiles. Thank you ALL ladies for being great to us read more

Not very friendly .. I came in for a gel pedicure 3.5 hours before closing and was abruptly told no very loudly infront of all 3 customers present. No come back time, no offer to schedule an appointment for a different day. Nothing that would have helped me. It seemed like they didn't want to service me specifically. I'm not sure why. The energy was very unwelcoming. I highly doubt they couldn't squeeze me in. Especially with so many hours before closing. read more

This place has poor customer service. I had an appointment and asked if I could have an additional service done. The young lady at the front desk started yelling at me and said repeatedly no. It was unnecessary. It's OK if they didn't have time to do us additional service. It's the disrespect and unprofessionalism that I received. This was my first time and last. The parents of the young girl continued to watch and did not intervene to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this place. read more

Horrible gel x job! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner told me that you will see my nail length underneath because that's what I choose. That's not true! You're not supposed to see your nails underneath! And didn't do a clean job! One nail is even pointing way off. So I basically paid $90 for a job that looks like I did it at home.... read more

I've been going here for pedicures for a while now and they've never disappointed. Until now. I got a lady named Jacky. Her work was sloppy and didn't feel like she paid much attention to detail. The whole experience was weird and nothing I've ever experienced before when coming here. Not the usual quality work I've been given at this salon. My toes usually last 3 weeks after I get them done here. But they are already ruined and peeling just a day after getting them done with this person. Don't kn read more

Sooooo let me just do this now, since I just got my nails done here 2 mins ago...I've gone here about 3x before and I've always thought they were really good but I always do my nails last minute. I've done another nail place review close to me but I'm pretty sure I'll be going here from now on. This place is fairly new but 3-4 nail techs have been perfected what I wanted- today was Linda. The place is beautiful, clean and the vibe you've always wished for a nail salon - they've got it! See you guys regularly ! read more

I've had my nails (both gel mani and pedi) done here before with Lynn and had a good turnout, however I've recently been trying to get back in with her and she's either not in or not available. I keep getting paired with nail techs who do not know how to properly coat gel polish over the whole nail surface. Edges of my toe nails are not painted. Not worth my time or 70$ pedicure. read more

I was so excited to try out a different(and highly recommended) nail salon in Santa Clarita! I called a few days in advance to make my appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon was lovely, clean, and seemed to have a lot of product options. I chose my color and sat down to have one of the worst mani/pedis I have had!! Even my husband commented that it looked horrible when I got home!! So disappointing to spend $65 on bad service! read more

I had a lovely experience at this nail salon. I called on a Sunday and asked for a last minute appointment, and they were able to get me in, which was awesome. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I loved this place and unfortunately because the manager was so rude to a customer I had to stop coming here I was stuck in traffic and I called them on the phone and they told me it's okay, when I came they said they can't take me anymore. First of all nobody told me that on the phone that 15 minutes later they won't take me. My master didn't have nobody else after me ,but the owner wanted to do it on purpose infront of my little son. It was so rude , she told me they closed at 7 and they won't wait for us to finish, it was 6-30,I stayed till 7 nobody left they still had 5 clients . Awful customer service , disrespecting they clients , I was coming here 2 times a month and this is how they value me as a customer. read more

I moved to Santa Clarita from West Los Angeles this summer and found myself in dire need of finding a new go-to nail salon. After trying out a few places around the area, I can confidently say Elegant Nail Spa is the best HANDS DOWN (pun intended.) I've tried their regular gel, dip, and gelX services and the dip and gelX are my favorite. Kaylie takes such pride in her craft and it shows (and lasts!) I wish I had photos of the previous sets she's done for me but I can luckily share my most recent Halloween gelX set.
