Used to love this place! Nail tech literally yelled at me for me asking if I could have warm water for pedicure...she then called me a rich bitch I'm not your slave. Was so nice generous and caring with everyone since the lady nail tech literally yelled at me "J" all nail techs started giving me dirty looks not talking not even saying hi and gave me terrible service praying they get a caring staff where you can relax and enjoy! I came here as my regular nail salon is closed for renovation. The lady who was working on my pedicure continue to make negative remarks in Vietnamese to the guy who was doing my manicure. She continue to make more negative statements when I asked for nail design. I'm paying over $75 for pedicure. I've been a loyal customer for years, so I was extremely disappointed by how I was treated recently. I typically receive a reminder call for my nail appointments, but I haven't gotten one for my last few visits. Unfortunately, I missed my most recent appointment. When I called to apologize and see if I could reschedule, I was told that my nail technician no longer wanted to work with me because I had missed two appointments in the past. I have always been a courteous client--never rude, never late, and always tipping well. While I have had to miss an appointment before due to work, I've always called ahead, explained, and apologized. After more than a year of being a regular and even referring others to this salon, I was shocked and hurt to be dismissed so abruptly. It's disappointing to know that customers can be let go over a missed appointment, regardless of their loyalty. I won't be returning, and I will be sure to share my experience with others. read more

This review is solely on one of the techs there named Jessica. Everyone is nice and friendly except for her. I don't know if she's the owner or manager of the salon but I used to be her customer for a long time. She always did my manicures, and then all of a sudden one day she completely turned on me. Stopping greeting me while she says hello in a very nice tone to literally every other customer that comes in EXCEPT ME. I don't know what her problem is and I even expressed my concern to the tech that does my pedicures but still nothing. I have been here a few times for a gel pedicure and natural nail manicure. Overall the services have been fine but the manicure only lasts about 3 days before the polish chips and cracks. Because of this I thought I would try a gel manicure. The pics are attached of what they look after 1 week and I am so disappointed . They didn't look great when they were finished, the polish were very thick and now there is no shine left, and they are lifting and the grow out looks terrible. Ok, so before this place would accommodate me at 6:10pm. However when I called today they said they didn't like that the receptionist would book me at that time as their latest appt is for 6pm. Really????? I only need a regular pedicure and I doubt 10mins will cause any major inconvenience. There are still clients there when I leave the shop. So unprofessional and definitely not good for business when you turn clients away. Their business hours clearly state 9am to 7pm. Again, so rude and unprofessional. I've been here before and always tipped over 20% (Candy is great), so I'm not sure what I did this time to deserve being completely iced out. I was literally TWO minutes late--because of the nonstop traffic and construction on Copper Hill, and the traffic lights were broken that day--and from the moment I walked in, it was like I was being punished for it. Both the manicurist and pedicurist refused to acknowledge me. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I was being overly nice, asking questions, and still got completely ignored while they worked on me like I wasn't even there. And the manicure? Honestly felt like retaliation. The manicurist filed my nails down so aggressively it felt deliberate--like he was trying to hurt me. Then he applied the gel so thick, my nails burned like crazy under the lamp. I've been getting gels for over 15 years, and this was by far the most painful experience I've ever had. He also cut me multiple times and didn't say a single word--no acknowledgment, no apology, just silence. I will never forget this. If being two minutes late is such a crime, then just refuse the service. But don't silently take it out on me with a drill and a UV lamp. That's not okay. And YOU'RE WELCOME, I still tipped 20%--because that's who I am. But I'll say this loud and clear: I will never be returning. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! read more

One person was personable and friendly, the rest indifferent at best. My mani/pedi results were fair, with the nice woman trimming my cuticles hurting me twice. There is no air station to dry your toes. When my toes were almost dry, she gave me slippers (hinting it was time to get out of the chair), told me not to put my socks on, and said be careful because it was wet out. Well, it was pouring out and I wasn't about to go my car in slippers so I sat in the waiting area for my toes to dry more. When I went to find a garbage can to toss the slippers and tissues, they looked at me like I was crazy and said I can throw the out in the can outside on the sidewalk. Very disappointed. read more

I have been wanted to try this place out and I'm so glad I did! There is something about having your nails done that makes you feel put together even if you're in sweat pants. They were welcoming, accommodating and my gel manicure looks amazing! I also witnessed them immediately ask a customer who walked in to wear a mask, and they handled it very professionally. This makes me feel like they were probably consistent and strict about masks and social distancing so I felt perfectly safe. There is plexiglass between me and the nail technician.
