I have my usual lash lady elsewhere that I go to but I had a new job starting in 2 days and she didn't have any appointments in that time so I decided to give this place a try. I have been getting my lashes done for over 3 years now so I have a good idea of what I want and am knowledgeable enough about lashes to explain it. I talked to the lash tech for a while to explain to her what I was wanting and the final look left me a bit disappointed as it did not look at all like how I wanted it to. But it's fine, whatever. What made it worse was that the next morning I woke up with white crust all along my lash line. I texted them to ask why it happened and they said it could possibly be from makeup or being outside and to seek medical help (i hadn't worn any makeup in days and hadn't been outside since coming home from the appointment). I also told them I've never experienced anything like this in all the years i've been getting my lashes done. I tried washing my lashes but the crust was still there so I was sat in front of my mirror for 2 hours picking the gunk out with my tweezers. On top of all that, I had the most painful burn that I have experienced and could genuinely not see anything. I've experienced some bad burns from the chemicals in previous lash appointments but this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I had red eyes for at least a full week and it looked horribly unprofessional for my new job. Fast forward a few weeks, I'm back at my usual lady to fix the mess and I told her about the white gunk on my lash line and showed her pictures. She said it was more than likely from them using too much glue or going too fast and it couldn't possibly be from makeup or being outside. I was pretty upset because I believed it was my fault and didn't push it. But it is what it is. My vision is still a bit blurry after a month. TLDR, I personally do not recommend this place, if you wanna give it a try go ahead, maybe they'll pair you with a better tech.

I just had my first appointment with Maureen, and it was easy and painless. She came highly recommended to me after my original wax person decided to retire. It's never easy to find someone new to wax the bikini area, but she is so personable and put me immediately at ease, with no feelings discomfort of embarrassment. I had her full attention during the appointment and was not rushed out the door. Along with the bikini area, I had my lower legs and brows waxed and shaped, and the overall pricing was very reasonable. She has her own personal "wax" room, which she keeps neat and very clean. My eyebrows have always been very thick and full, so waxing is the only thing that keeps them in check. Before I found Maureen, however, it seemed like every time I would go for a wax, I was taking a chance that they'd be done too thin or the wrong shape. I thank my lucky stars for landing me in Maureen's chair! She is the only person I trust to do my brows and I have been enjoying her flawless work for over 4 years now. Maureen is the best brow person, and ever since I moved to the Santa Clarita Valley she has been my go to person. I have tried one or two other places in the past before discovering her and there is no way I would go back. For special occasions she is definitely a person I make sure to see. Her disposition and ability to put you at ease makes the entire process very easy, and each visit feels like you are just there to relax and catch up with a good friend. Maureen is the only person I let touch my eyebrows! Not only does she do an amazing job, she has a great personality and I enjoy talking to her while she fixes me up! I love her new studio. It has a really comfortable chair and is very clean and professional. My skin is pretty sensitive, but she always covers up any redness so I can leave there and do whatever I need to do without looking like I just got a wax (other than my eyebrows looking fabulous, of course!).
