Service is great! I loved my experience. The lady was super good with my pedicure, fast but very well done! I recommend l. They might not be as smily or as friendly but I'm not here to make friends lol. Just need a good nail spa service. Easy parking. Sundays are very slow! I called in advance and love how they take walk-ins. I can't do appointments, I dislike when places take appointments only. They take forever even with an appointment so I avoid these places and call in advance for information. Thank you for reading this. You will love the experience if you don't mind them being quiet and direct to the point! Base on my experience they were very nice and king! read more

I took my mom here a few months ago she's 79 and recently moved to Santa Clarita her neighbor recommended them. My mother had a stroke many years ago and her right arm is paralyzed which makes her right fingers slightly curl so you have to hold them out while you are working on them which takes alittle longer. When I went to pick her up, her nails looked beautiful and we were both happy but the owner Bobby was irritated. He said next time it will cost more because she took more time. My mom and I were both appalled, I have never had anyone treat her like that, it ruined our experience and I will never recommend or go back to them again. Total lack of compassion. read more

I walked in, with my mom as we had a pedi appt. for 3:30. We first found VV's nails as we were rushing around town for some holiday shopping, when we passed by VV's nails and decided to look into it.After we were done with out holiday shopping. We called and made the appt. and as we were back in that area we went in and we had to wait. Now I am not saying there is nothing wrong with waiting as the place was clean, but that wait was horrific. I know I will never be waiting like that again. As I will not be going again. Not now or ever. They were rough on my toes, they cut me , I was bleeding, also the way the guy scrubbed was way to aggressive. This place was also confusing as they could not stick with one employee to do my pedicure. We went from one guy who did an alright job, to the next guy who was way to aggressive for my liking, and then finally the woman who came and cut my toe nails very short and made me bleed, she also couldn't apply the polish properly. This salon wasn't for me, and it might not be for you either ! Do not let the 4+ star reviews fool you. Whoever reads I thank you for hearing me out. -R.A read more

Look. I've been going here for the past year now.. It's a family ran/owned business and Bobby and Dede are super friendly and nice. It's nice to walk in at your appointment time and be seen. From the surface you wouldn't think this place was that great because there are no frills. They aren't serving you cheese and wine, it's not all fancy.. It's straight to the point. Nails. I don't do too much 3D nail art and hand painted designs so this place is good enough for me. If I want all that glitz and glamour I'll go to Hollywood. But since I love to feel like my business is appreciated and I'm not just a number this is my spot. Dont get it twisted though, even though Bobby is the only person who does nails here. They STAY BUSY. Make an appointment. And he can do some fancy nail stuff. Just ask him! read more

Great service. Very friendly and the nails turned out to be perfect. The staff actually makes conversation with you and the owners too. Also friendly to black people and other people of color. no no no. such rude customer service!!! and they have ONE guy doing acrylics on a Saturday mid-day! he rushed through my new set. they charged 5 extra dollars for a certain shape. I never mind paying extra but it was not worth being just rushed and going to a different person for polish. Spend your money else where. very rude, never going back. read more

Ever since that first pedicure I had gotten with Schoolteacher so many many moons ago, I'd gotten to enjoy them. I like having somebody trim, soak and rub my tootsies. I'm comfortable enough in my own skin to walk about with colored toenails. It was about ten in the morning, I had places to be and people to meet around noon. I looked down at my toes, and realized that I seriously needed some trimming so I wouldn't be tempted to go out and bring down game like a hawk. I had just stopped for my regular morning coffee at the 7-11 across the lot, and decided to stick around for a pedicure. "Support your local businesses" I like to say. This one is pretty darn local to me. There was just one other customer getting a manicure as I entered and inquired about a pedicure. I think the management wasn't sure if I was serious, and in a tone seemingly to call my bluff, he said that they had the availability. Their clearly printed signage on the wall said $18 for a pedicure, and I decided to give them a shot. Manager asked if I'd like color. Heck ya I want my toes colored! Why pay $18 and not walk out with pretty toes? He gestured over towards a wall where a shelf held a veritable rainbow of nail polish bottles. I perused the shelf and eventually found a sparkly pink one that I liked. I took it down and returned to the front, where a tiny asian girl took the bottle and set up a massage chair for me. For nearly an hour, I sat in the big comfy chair that rubbed and massaged my back. All the while, my feet were pampered by the tiny asian girl. She scrubbed, clipped, lotioned, rubbed and brushed my feet. Turns out their lotion was kept in a warming oven, so it was hot when she massaged it into my feet. I had everybody in the place laughing when I giggled uncontrollably with the foot brushing against the ticklish soles of my feet. I attempted conversations, but there was a bit of a language barrier to get through. I did the best I could and we conversed about the local shops while she toiled on my feet. I highly suggested she get a burger at Phat & Juicy next door. After the layer of polish was dry, tiny asian girl gingerly helped me into my sandals, and I walked out with beautifully sculpted, trimmed and painted nails. One of the things I gleaned in our conversations was that I'm supposed to go in for a pedicure every two weeks. That probably won't happen, but I'll probably be back in a few months after I re-grow some scary talons for another pedicure with tiny asian girl. Thanks guys! read more

Bobby and Deedee are amazing!!! They made me feel like family they truly care about there customers no doubt about it. They did a great job on my nails and my daughters toes as well. Can't wait to keep going there. read more

I have been going here for years and they always do a great job with my nails. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment because they do book up quickly, and because they are so meticulous with their work it can be hard to get an appointment but the wait is worth it. I've never had a problem getting a pedicure appointment on a Saturday as long as I call a day or two in advance. read more

I walked in this evening and the took me last min for mani/pedi. The owner and I chatted the whole time and it was such a pleasant experience. My nails look great too! read more

I was surprised by the negative reviews, because my experience here could not have been better. The service was friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. My pedicured Massachusetts toes have received nothing but praise from everyone. I didn't expect a spa experience because I didn't want to pay spa prices. My nails look great for a reasonable price... Doesn't get better than that! read more

This salon is very clean . The owner is a sweet young man. My pedis are a hit or miss but my manicure is always the best with Donna. They take walk ins but you should make an appt just to be sure. Highly recommend this place ! Good prices! read more

Great service and good job. I got a gel pedicure and manicure for $66. Not bad. There is not a lot waiting and I will be coming back.

Leon is my favorite! Very accommodating, approachable and nice! Walk ins are accepted but best to make a schedule. Since moving here and trying out mani and pedis, finally found the one where I can trust my nails with. He is very artistic and definitely wont let you leave without nail satisfaction. Had gel at first which was neatly done and lasted three weeks. Now had acrylic nails and still obsessing over how amazingly he did it. He owns it with his wife, Helen, who is also amazing! She did good gel polish with my sister and she also did my mom's and my eyebrows! Glad I had her do it! Good people, good service, good quality and good price! I have done three visits already and will definitely come back again. Not overrating it, just basing it from my experience :) You won't regret it! Oh and it's better to bring cash! read more

If I could give no stars I would . First of all I went in there and no one even tried to help me or see what I was there for . They only had one client but apparently were "very" busy . They told me to wait 15 mins til the lady got done doing a girls manicure. 20 minutes later and someone else walks in , they didn't have an appointment yet they let them go before me . Obviously they don't care about their customers . Never going back there again read more

A nice friendly local place to get your nails done. I wish they had a bigger gel nail selection.

First time going in. Kinda nice that it's a smaller nail salon. Prices are great to. Very friendly and take their time doing the services.

Nice couple. On time appointments just not completely satisfied with my nail fill. Pedi was on the money!

I just came from getting my nails done worst place ever it was my first time here and I was the first customer at this nail salon and other customers came in and he started doing my nails in a hurry and the lady end up finishing my nails she was so rude and end up paying 50 dollars for bad service and bad looking nails ! Never coming here ever again! Bad nails bad service !!!! read more
