Natural Grocers have a large selection of sought after vegan items but their customer service is cold and unwelcoming. I will probably not be a return shopper. read more

Cream line milk!!!!! They also had organic coconut oil.....one employee must have been having a bad day as she was a tad gruff ‍

Sorry to say that Natural Grocers has gone downhill in their quality. Old and sub-par produce, and eggs that are past their expiration date. read more

This store has saved me many a time. We stop here many times when we are camping to obtain supplies and extras we have forgotten. This trip we were preparing meals in the room at a hotel during the pandemic when no one really wanted to eat inside a restaurant. It was nice enough you could have probably eaten outside but we thought purchasing items from a store would give us more flexibility. Great selection of items. Get there early because the stock does deplete during the day. The earlier we got in, the better selection we noted. It's a popular place. Don't forget to bring your bags with you. I'll definitely stop again. read more

Beautiful store. I've been in several Natural Grocers & this location is my favorite thus far. Vast selection, clean, spacious, and kind/helpful staff! read more

Twice now I have been in for bananas and avocados... A pretty straightforward popular item... and twice they have been out of those two things. read more

Great to have this place on the North Coast. I was impressed by their fresh fruits and vegetables, being able to find kefir, and all the grass fed meats. Also a great supplements and body section for hard to find items that aren't carried at Freddy's, Safeway, etc. read more

So I'm vegan and usually after grocery shopping I'm broke, but I walked away from this store with big bags of groceries filled with fresh produce, frozen meals, supplements, and even some treats and still had money left over! This place is like heaven for those of us with allergies or dietary restrictions. The guy that checked us out was so so nice, I think his name was Jason (so sorry if I got it wrong) but it was his birthday yesterday, happy birthday man, you deserve a promotion! 10/10 would recommend, much food, very vegan. Wow. read more

Great selection. They had every thing I was looking for and more. They offer useful reusable bags for only .99 CENTS too!

This is a very nice grocery store. They have a large selection of organic produce (ALL of the produce in the store is organic). There are a lot of options for vegans, and a refrigerated aisle for fresh nuts and grains. They had a really great variety of everything. All of the produce looked very fresh. They also offer weekly classes that are free, such as aromatherapy, herbs, vitamins, smoothies, all sorts of health related subjects. I will definitely shop here again. The people are very friendly, and even though they were very busy on their first day open, I did not have to wait in line long. Definitely a great little addition to Warrenton! read more

I thought the prices were competitive and the selection was very good except for the produce department. Not much to choose from in produce! Also not a first choice for meat. But if you are looking for vitamins, or dry goods this place has that a plenty. read more

Definitely a HECK of a lot better than their Portland stores - but it's still Natural Grocers and not winning any awards for customer service nor are they a full service grocery store in any sense of the word (it's a viamin store that sells SOME groceries, but there is no meat department, deli, bakery, etc.)! Having just moved to the Astoria area, we are big fans of the co-op but when we are not wanting to go into the downtown core, we want to have another option besides Freddy's. Natural Grocers partially fills the void, at least improving things compared to Fred Meyer (which is woefully out of touch as a retailer these days). Unlike Portland's NG stores, this store is much better merchandised and appealing when you walk in. However, they claim a "bulk" aisle which is not a bulk aisle! Y'all, a bulk aisle is when you pick out how much you want and bag it up (or bring your own container) - these are just store-branded items pre-bagged, giving you no options and adding unnecessary packaging to those who bring their own containers to use in REAL bulk aisles. That being said, they fill in the void for what Fred Meyer lacks (the Costco is gross, we don't include them in any kind of comparison, y'all) for more organic food products. On the customer service side, however, no one greets you when you walk in nor if they are stocking shelves. When I went to check out, *I* had to greet the clerk and while he seemed to be nice enough, he had no idea how to pack a grocery bag and was making a lot of mistakes while ringing things up...one of those things where he simply needed training that he apparently is not getting there (knowing a bit from insiders about NG, unfortunately they pay MUCH lower than their Whole Foods and similar competitors, so perhaps this is one way they cut corners...). Final thoughts? Well they're better than Freddy's. But dang, go to the co-op and it's like night and day. That being said, NG as a company does very little homework on their communities and are simply covering the map with their stores and not getting all that invested like the co-op and others do. It'd be lovely if that changed - along with having an actual bulk aisle - as they could really be great and change the face of Warrenton as Big Box Central if they wanted to... read more

This store is simply put.... AWESOME! If you want healthy/organic foods, good service, servers who care, and healthy items you can't get elsewhere, this place is for you. We are lucky to have such a great health food store in our area and the prices are so much lower than in Portland! read more

I'm shocked and almost hurt by the negative reviews on here! I absolutely love this store. It's not just a health food or vitamin store, it has great organic produce, meats and eggs, and hard to find specialty foods. I don't eat sugar or grains, so I come here for baking substitutes, low sugar chocolate, grass fed beef, free range chicken and eggs (join the egg club and get free range eggs for $1.99 or $2.99 a dozen) full fat organic cream, and fresh produce. The sugar free mayo here is by far cheaper than Freddy's. They have bulk nuts and other things at a great price, and a butter coffee cream with added mct oil. Are you kidding me?! They also have sample produce out for customers so you can grab berries and fruit to try and let me tell you, raspberries are tasty right now (and it's just now February!) The customer service is great... so I don't even know what anyone else is talking about. I guess if you eat processed stuff and/or don't care about organic foods the price may seem high but for my lifestyle and more mindful or particular diets, this place is the best outside of Portland. Yes, value, selection and customer service all included. read more
