Tags on food items misplaced. Customer service took too long to admit their mistakes.

Asked for thinly sliced meats once, was met with eye rolling and rudeness, i felt unwelcomed and annoying and got very thick cut meat. I came back another time and asked my partner to ask for thinly sliced cheese and she gave him the same attitude and actually told him "I'm not cutting it thinner then this" again very thickly cut cheese... I understand if she isnt comfortable cutting it thinner but she could've called for help or just not been rude about it lol. Another issue, nobody answers the phones. Also during christmas, I got online pick up for a mickey mouse christmas train set. They sold out, so I placed the same order online for shipping. It delayed and delayed and delayed until it finally canceled. Why? Because they changed their price from $10 to freaking $65 and wanted me to pay the higher price. I called and went in circles with people for hours. The train wouldn't come in time for christmas anymore which made me sad, but at that point I just wanted them to ship me the product for the price I BOUGHT IT FOR INSTEAD OF WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO UPCHARGE ME. they wouldn't. Place is a freaking scam. Also there's constantly workers stocking the shelves mid day and taking up whole isles and acting annoyed at customers for being in the way. This place sucks. read more

I went in, in a rush to get my daughter a quick change of pants and a travel bag. The lady in a scooter running the self checkout stopped me to search the bag I was buying then asked if there was one like it back there because she had messed up the zipper. I told her I'm in a hurry and I left so as to not inconvenience myself to walk back, grab another bag to again be searched. This has never happened to me in a Walmart and was very off putting. My husband came here right now, at 5:19pm 11/18/25 the aisle by the hotdogs.... The asshole cashier .... She saw his TWO ITEMS ON THE BELT. SCANNED ONE ... THEN TOLD HIM TO GO TO SELF CHECKOUT CUZ SHE "WANTS TO GO TO BREAK" so fuck the customers right? Like WHO DOES THAT???? She scanned ONE ITEM then told him to basically go away. He said oh you're joking right? I have one more item ... you can't just ring it up? She yelled at him and said "no it's my break time! Go ring yourself up!" This is UNACCEPTABLE! How many dumb fcks do you have working here ????? FIRE THEM!!!!! I had the rudest cashier at the self checkout 12/6/25 around 2:30pm. I'm a caregiver she pushed my client out of the way and she pointed to the light and said Do you see that light it is blinking that means you need me to fix it. We did not need her help the light just started blinking for no reason . my sister in-law had an incident there with another cashier a few days earlier. I would give this 5 stars but the electronic section customer service or lack there of I should say was astounding. I came in today 7/27/24 at 4pm to return a car cell phone holder and qtips and had Janet at customer service helping me, she was fantastic, prompt, kind, great smile. She is 5 stars! Then I went back to the electronic section to get a suction cup car cell phone holder in place of the other one, 2 males and a female were standing there, all on their phones. No one greeted me, so I made a joke, not everyone jump at me at once, n the only response I got was from the female who said she is trying to clock in, and then one of the other guys says shes the phones cell person and will get the commission. Not sure why anyone will get a commission since no one helped me. I had to say something to the employees standing around to get service. When did things get this bad? She gave my change didn't ask if I wanted a bag and didn't even say a thing to me, no have a good day or anything. I now remember why I don't go into Walmart. read more

While I despise Wal*Mart Corporation and their exploitative employment practices, I have to give credit where it's due. Jim in Customer Service on 12/20/24 at 2:30pm, really knocked it out of the park. This man is calm, competent, sensible and customer focused. I purchased a refrigerator on line. The very next day, the on-line price was lowered significantly. I called customer service but they refused to cancel my order or adjust the price. I was informed I would need to physically return the refrigerator to the store and then reorder it at the lower price. I spoke with three associates. The first one actually hung up on me so I had to call back. After speaking with two more associates, I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one. I brought the refrigerator to the store, as instructed. After hearing of my adventures, Jim got the store manager and just refunded the difference. Thank you Jim. You are a good human and I hope they appreciate you. The shipping costs to return this item would have been nuts. You just made things right. read more

We visited the coast over the 4th of July. We asked an employee for some assistance and was told she didn't speak English. Weather she was lying so she didn't have to help us or if she actually did not speak English is troublesome. Bad customer service and business practice. read more

I despise this practice of having one fkn checker on the assumption that most folks are using Self Checkout. I'm not hating on the folks. Employees, People who struggle for jobs aren't at fault. So writing these kind of reviews is hard you know because after dealing with several wal mart employees I've almost lost hope in humanity as a whole ..The fact that there is a place like this that employs not one but 2 or 3 but 4 employees that are as uselsss as the 4 employees I did it keeps me up at night So my wife just had a stroke and although she used to love gojng and shopping here (idk why ) she's unable to shop as she normally can so we mobile order our 20 item list .Use the supposedly convenient app they provide do a curb pick up .seems pretty simple right we basically give them a list and we made the order at 9am and they told us 4-5 pm .Thats almost 8 hours for any of these burn outs to go gather my shit get it prepared and bring it out to me .So we show up 415 pm call the number and crickets ....... We call again numb nuts answered .we give them our name ,email all the information they would like need to locate our order in there system .Over the phone I can see how he got overwhelmed he asks for the number of parking spot we're at .(mind you it was the first piece of information we gave them when we fist started talking .He comes out out of the booth and tells us we did come up in system but needs out order .No offense to smoking tree or any substances but the kid look med like he just smoked a 1/2 ounce .He comes back and tells us there no other information on our order we're just going to have to wait .No indefinite time ,no I'm on it nothing just wait here lol .We call ask us for a manager and they directed us to customer service .Let's talk about the public relations with them .Thr lady just flat out hung up on us.I have many theories but we will just leave that department alone .finally this kid that looks like McLovin from Super bad comes out with this little hand held device in his hand that I felt like slapping it out of his hand .at this point .Not fuckin with you he musts taken a "can of man" before he approached us because he comes out and almost starts raising his voice telling us the order we placed we put down the following day as the date of pick up And there's nothing he can do And I'm trying to tell hm j have proof on my phone that that is not true but he didn't even hear anything he just walked away on us . Welcome Walmart to Warrenton! It is fantastic to have another shopping option in the area and this company has been trying to locate a store here for many years. Low prices and a huge selection of most everyday needs plus outdoor plants and garden accessories. Love those wide and spacious aisles that allow room for everyone in town to get from A to B! They literally don't answer the phone... so I guess customer service via phone doesn't exist at the Warrenton Walmart.

Average Walmart. Not much beach stuff at least we couldn't find on may 31st. But the employees are quite rude and snippy.

Came by here today to check out the grand opening festivities- lot is still packed a few days in but the store was very well stocked and the employees were well training. The prices at this Walmart are also really affordable. Doing a great job so far! read more

My friend thought she had left her phone on an Isle somewhere in the store. The staff were so helpful helping us look and Even wanting to put an app on their phone to help us find hers. Turned out it had turned off and it was in her purse but thanks Walmart you went the extra mile ! read more

This is one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been ...even though the environment is nice... At self- checkout the watcher lady obviously was staring at me the whole titampered She went around me counter so she could have a perfect visual on me... that was the first problem... then I decided to return a few food items and the lady tried to GUILT ME saying "you know we throw away returned food items if they've left the store.. because they could be tainted" i said "even canned items ?" She said yes. Well, that's NOT MY PROBLEM that's an IDIOTIC policy if even canned items where you can be sure nothing was tampeed with... or something like that so ...I DON'T think they actually do but they try to GUILT you into thinking so ... at the very least I think some of those workers who are supposed to throw it out are taking it home with them read more

I was Looking for something in the fishing isle and when I was leaving the isle an employee hit a display with a cart and got mad. He told us " go around me cause he was sick of people getting in his way" in a very rude tone. I was astonished by the fact that he would talk to a customer like that. I hope he is a lot nicer to other people. read more

This is for on-line ordering and pick-up. I like how easy the grocery app is to use. Just shop by department, just like walking down the grocery aisles. Click and Just add to to your cart. I have never been disappointed in the produce associates have picked out.. artichokes, potatoes, fruit. Pick your time for pick-up and you'll receive a confirmation. You will get an email when your order is ready- drive to the pickup location, call the number and like magic, a personable associate appears with your groceries AND loads them in your car!! Thank you Walmart for this free service ( orders over $35) ...as long as the service remains free, I'm yours... charge me and the love affair ends...and I won't walk into your store to shop either... read more

There is an Indian lady at this location who was stocking the clothes and was to busy talking to her friend than to help me and when she finally got to me i asked if i could've done any sweatpants and she gave me the dirtiest look than said "no" with the biggest attitude then walked away. read more

I was so thrilled when you opened. BUT the "honeymoon" is now wearing off. Lines are always LONG, Have had issues with finding things that are on sale but tonight was the worse: classic fred meyer bait and switch techingue used for this Thanksgiving night sale. Everything I went for from ad, they did not get "in" but they have something less nice for $40 more on aisle #. I quit shopping f.m. when you came to town but seeing how many mad people were there tonight you may loose some too. If you care at all, this is unacceptable customer service....... read more

This is my review at Walmart after comparing prices all over I find for example Progressive soup to be half the cost that it is anywhere else and being diabetic and a bachelor I have to make sure that my calories are right and if you want to block a Tillamook cheese it's the cheapest place to get it it's just that people complain sometimes I have someone I went with the long time won't go into Walmart and I find it to have the clothes that fit me great deals good prices good organic vegetable selections I think the stores fantastic and I think more people should go there and save money especially in these times the quality is good the price is good if you need toys for kids that's the place to go it beats everybody Fred Meyer all of them I think Walmart was a great addition to the area I also shop at Costco and Safeway but Walmart's the one where I want to go if I want to save money as far as helpers go I usually go to the regular checkouts and there's never a problem and anybody that just returning canned goods what kind of stupid mistake could you have made you shouldn't be out in public anyway that's just my opinion on the quality of Walmart helping out for the people read more
