They tell you a 'few more minutes', which is 30 minutes at the LEAST. Complete joke. After 35 minutes, I left. I picked up the prescription 10 minutes later, after stopping at the UPS store. The prescription was in the bin. The clerk never looked for it the first time she helped me. Just routinely said, "It'll be a few more minutes." They need to open up a food court or Starbucks in there for the amount of time they make you wait 'a few more minutes'. A joke; a shockingly inept team working at the pharmacy there in Warrenton. I'd have more confidence in a group of Jr. High School kids working in there. When I was asked by the clerk if I had any questions for the pharmacist, I replied, "Yes, if my prescription was ready the whole time, why did I have to wait?" She got snippy - "Look, we're really busy; we're doing the best we can." But are you? Wouldn't doing the best you can include checking to see if the prescription was ready BEFORE telling a customer it wasn't ready and have a seat to wait? I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

They wont allow you to 'fix' while in line, you have to go stand in a long line with one overworked customer svc person, and its a major hassle, especially if you're popsicles are thawing. I am an astute shopper - I'm expert on using their app, clipping their coupons, reading the ads before I shop, etc., and to boot I worked grocery early in my long career. These were genuine errors. We've had to endure a near year-long revamp of the store, its nearly finished, and I've yet to to see ANYWHERE any improvement in the experience. Its mind boggling how much money they spent to achieve NOTHING. When I was a checker, they came out with the most efficient way to process items; customer puts product on belt, the employee scans it and puts it right in the shopping bag. Boom, handled once! Super efficient! A few years ago some idiot with no clue how checkstands operate came up with the bright idea of having the checker scan it, put it on another belt, where another employee bags it. Handled TWICE. And this store NEVER has 1:1 checker/bagger. Today there were FIVE checkers, and ONE bagger. Fred Meyer continues its increasing abuse of plastic. Too many instances to write here.

We grabbed a Thai spaghetti salad and it was absolutely wonderful. Update: Came back today 7/11 to get some more Thai salad. The deli case was so clean, everything was freshly made and ready to for take out.

I told her I'm in a hurry and I left so as to not inconvenience myself to walk back, grab another bag to again be searched. This has never happened to me in a Walmart and was very off putting. This place has all of your home health care needs, diabetic supplies, durable medical goods, CPAP / BiPap Machines, special shoes, inserts, orthotics, and more. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, over the top friendly service, personalized care and attention, and ease of ordering. They handled for me in one day what it took the other P-word place in PDX 3 months to still fail and fowl up. I am still amazed and angry that I wasted so much time with that ass-clown. So most everything you could need as far as medical supplies are concerned, really awesome staff, two cute Doxie dogs, and one massive Great Dane make this the best spot in Astoria for doing my medical supply business. The uber-gorgeous redhead who gets my sick sense of humour and is my customer service representative doesn't hurt either. I don't know what possesed me to have my Dr call in a prescription to this Walmart pharmacy; I…read morethink mainly because I was in dire straits for my medication and Costco across the road which I normally use has limited hrs. The first time went well. ThenSecond it went south. The pharmacist interfered with my Dr, inserting her own 2 cents worth; completely inappropriate. When it all worked out after all; only one part of the prescription was available; So, I had to come back. That made for 3 80 mile roundtrips to Warrenton = 240 miles = 53.50 $ in gas expense. Add to that an outrageous cost on the last part of my prescription. 3 x what I've paid @ Costco in the past. Fortunately I'm rarely in need of pharmaceutical services !

It has a nice big parking lot with RV parking and a nice designated area for grocery pick up. I also greatly appreciate that the milk area isn't super disgusting like most stores (could be because it's still new). However my first complaint is that they try to stock or do grocery pick up stuff during the day while people are trying to shop. I don't like that I have to skip aisles and go back because an aisle I need is over crowded with employees. My second complaint is that they are over charging for the products they sell here (I say this after having lived in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas: they are similar in price). I however blame the locals and the "resort" town for the over pricing of groceries here. While this place is overpriced it's still way cheaper than Safeway and Fred Meyer.

The woman who answered in Astoria was rude and and told me that I wasn't qualified for a replacement. I would have to wait another year. I then I got a text from a Brad in Tillamook that I am qualified for a replacement. I called that number and was told that they don't have a Brad working for them. She didn't ask for my name to look up my case or anything. I am very disappointed that they were so rude and unhelpful. I have to either rent a machine or buy one. I am 71 years old and have central sleep apnea from a stroke. I am on Medicare and can't afford either option. I worked in sales for half of my life and if I answered the phone I would do anything in my power to help my customer.

I asked if we owed anything and she said no, and walked around the corner, apparently finished with us. Her customer service skills were definitely lacking! I received a bill for $80.00, for the month of December which I took in and was told that the person we returned the scooter to no longer worked there and I was charged the $80.00, make sure you get receipts for everything from them! The scooter was okay, one brake did not work as it should, and I had to constantly tighten the handlebar multiple times a day.
