Weekly sales give this place an edge as there's always something appealing in the flyer. Just this week RISE Kombucha was on sale for $2.29, that's a steal. Plenty of times I've stopped by to pick up a Salmon filet or pork product to grill up at home. Hours are great as well, accommodating people coming home from work or even those that go to the GoodLife next door for an evening workout and need to stock up before heading home. I recommend this location to all my friends and family as a good alternative to big name stores in the area.

The employees are really friendly and helpful and the prices are very low compared to most of the other health food stores. Of course, I always end up getting the gross deep green cleansing juice. It wasn't the best tasting, and I could barely finish it - but, that's expected. Quick and easy pickup and go process. There is a wide selection of juices, and the girl working that day catered to our needs. Reasonably priced!

Would be better if they just left some on the table. I found service a bit slow even though after 2 pm. (They are open 11-3 pm in the Cafe). A solid 3.5 stars ... its a decent spot to get your healthier drink or food options…read more With many fast food cookie cutter spots, it's nice to see this option available. Revitasize is a fast casual spot that focuses on shakes (fresh and bottled) and Chia bowls. It does have a few more meal like options but I would say 90% of the customers dropping in were grabbing juices or a shake to go. The place itself is fairly big for a shake spot. Easy to grab a seat if you want to stay in. It was clean and with the big windows, a bright sunny spot. For a Saturday morning, there was never a terrible wait. Only one person manned the cashier and then disappeared into the back to help with the orders. I think the number of people coming in was pretty light but at one point, there was a line up for 3 people with no one at the cashier for more than a few minutes. For breakfast, I figure a healthy start would be would be a good way to go and they have a few bowls to choose from. Revita Bowl - I think I misread the menu because it had acai, wild berries, banana, strawberries, and agave for each bowl. I thought I would get the acai and some berries on the bottom and more cut banana, berries, and strawberries on top ... like the image they had. All the ingredients were blended up with either a lot of ice or frozen fruit and on the bottom. It was like a fruit slushie for most of it. It was pretty cold to eat. On top it had a bit of trail mix, coconut, and a bit bananas. For $10, I dont think it's outrageous but I do understand when people say it is expensive. From a taste perspective, it wasn't too sweet and was a decent balance between natural flavour and the agave. I suspect the acai was made with frozen fruit because it didn't have that fresh berry flavour. 3.5/5 Peanut Butter Acai bowl - Another early morning bowl to wake up the body. This one looked more appealing with the cut fruit of bananas, strawberries, and kiwi on top. The total fruit was really one medium sized strawberry, less than 1 kiwi, and a part of a banana. The base definitely tasted strongly like peanut butter. It was dominant and even though it looked the same as the Revita bowl, it had a completely different boldness. For $10, it seemed steep but for freshly made fruit bowl... its not completely crazy I guess. 3.5/5 For the area, not much else is offered for this type of shakes, juices, and bowls. It's so hard to say this particular is overpriced since all shakes, juices, and bowls carry a steep premium. Sometimes you feel like the flavour just hits you and you love it. This time, it wasn't bad but it wasn't a complete love of the flavour to think I needed to come back soon.

I went in to buy protein bars, and there were signs that said "Buy 12, get 15% off." When I brought 12 to the counter, I was told they weren't part of the promotion. I explained that I saw the sign, but instead of helping clarify which brands were included, staff just told me "not these ones." The signs in the aisle only say "selected brands included," but they don't list which brands, so it's confusing for customers. In the end, I paid full price and suggested they update the signage, but it wasn't acknowledged. I wasn't trying to be difficult -- I just think clearer signs and more helpful guidance from staff would improve the shopping experience.
