This store was wide and even longer going back! I happen to stumble upon their customer appreciation, 2023-06-01 to 04. There were balloons and music at the entrance. And here i thought it was a grand opening. They have 15%+ off everything in-store.  Some are even 60% off. If you spend over $100, you get a gift bag. I bought a supplement, which is usually $36.99, where I normally buy it. Their list price was $31.99, and I get 15% off! A no-brainer. Then I found a granola package with an oatmeal cookie crunch at 50% off, so I bought that too! There were lots of staff around, and they were eager to help. I don't know if there would be that many staff if it were not a customer appreciation event. There had everything that any health store would sell, but in a massive store. Then, they also had two long aisles, with food items dispensed like at Bulk Foods. There is free WiFi. Personally, I'm not a fan of supplements because I believe that you can all your nutrients from eating solid foods, but to each their own. However, I did see many to choose from. Though I'm not into supplements, I saw a lot of natural foods I liked, such as organic snacks, non-GMO/gluten free snacks, organic tea, Asian tea and dieter tea. Sometimes they have sales and when I dropped by, all things in their display case were 50% off, so SCORE!. In addition, I asked some personal health questions and the lady in the morning was very friendly and answered all my questions. So this place has great service and a good selection of health stuff. Loved the layout of this new store…read more The bright lighting, great product selection, and attractive and organized displays made products easier to find as well as for a more enticing shopping experience as compared with other Healthy Planet stores I've been to. There is a great selection of vegan, gluten-free, plant-based, grain free, and naturally derived products available. There were a number of featured sale items, with discounts anywhere from 10 to 20% off regular prices. I'm told sale items rotate on a monthly basis. I can definitely see myself shopping here again in the near future.

The female employee's attitude was dismissive and rude from the beginning, but I decided to ignore it and proceed with my purchase. When she asked for my membership phone number, I gave her the last four digits first. Instead of politely asking for the number, she responded with, "What?" in an irritated tone, as if I was supposed to know exactly what she wanted. She then told me to give her the entire phone number. After completing the purchase, I simply asked if there were any complimentary items, such as a water bottle or other promotional gift. She bluntly replied that nothing was included and that I could buy one if I wanted. It wasn't what she said as much as the way she said it cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I have been shopping at this location for a long time. On previous visits, after spending a certain amount, I was often given promotional items, and during my last purchase I even received a complimentary strap. I wasn't expecting a free gift today, and I would have been perfectly fine if none were available. The issue was never the promotional item. It was the employee's attitude and the lack of basic customer service. Because of how I was treated, I decided to return my purchase and get a refund immediately. I'd rather buy my supplements somewhere else than support a store where customers are treated this way.
