I'm sorry you lost a very loyal customer. As much as I love the convenience of buying all healthy snacks at one place even though the prices are definitely higher than many places I was always very keen on coming here for my one stop snack buys. So on my last visit I had gone in to buy a bread. On my way at the checkout I very casually mentioned to the cashier that I had bought my snacks in July and the Skinny pops were expired in May. To this she said oh I'm sorry due to lesser staff we are a bit slow in replacing items on racks. I paid for my bread and left. As soon as I sat in the car I knew this wasn't an great excuse she should have asked me to bring back the product and the receipt and should have honored an exchange or return. This is the least they got have done. I hate to write poor reviews just because of one staff did not know how to tackle a legit concern/issue. This could have been easily fixed by her asking me to bring back the product. I hope the manager sees this review it can help them in coaching their staff to better customer service.You can not be selling expired products period..pandemic or no pandemic! read more
