I have been looking for a place in Barrie to have a quick meal. I am limited by some food issues,…read moreand sometimes time is at a premium. "Goodness Me" is a health food store with extras available, including fresh baked goods, and a service counter and salad bar. They provide several fresh dishes on a salad bar, and a counter where they have about 10-12 hot dishes that you can choose from. The food is fast, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The pricing is good. My experience has been that it is best to go earlier in the day when the food is fresh. Like any other buffet type "restaurant" the food tends to get pretty thick if it has been sitting around for a while. There are lots of good options for people looking for gluten free options, but the potential for cross contamination is there if you are very sensitive.l to gluten. They also had 3 fresh soups available and regularly have chilli. The pricing is much better to offerings such as Nature's emporium. I found the price to be at least 25% less. They also have a pretty hefty discount at the end of the day on food if you are so inclined. I did it once, the price was fantastic, but the butter fish was like glue. ;) Overall, a good place to have a healthy and quick easy bite.

And I do live in the U.S. and have only purchased from B.C. Canada a few times over years. I paid for one bottle of a supplement (Dr. Murray) that was unavailable for a very long time from iherb.com and that I had been purchasing for many years each month. This purchase was September of 2024! I contacted via email more than two times and actually received a phone call/voice mail stating they would issue the refund when I still did not have the product two months out (late October 2024). I received an email from their mail processor for U.S. bound deliveries and submitted the information requested and thereafter NOTHING, even contacting NN.ca again and receiving zero response. I even had the USPS check into my package and was informed they could do nothing and had my family member in NYC check into the matter, also unable to get help. You cannot be a great company when there is ZERO customer service response to matters concerning what you sell. National Nutrition is substandard and does not even deserve the 1 star. And FYI, this isn't about tariffs or who is in office (I have my opinions about that), but about product and customer service. I have received outstanding customer service response from overseas purchases that go above and beyond this experience buying one supplement product, which is telling!!! Your quality control, customer service and overall company policies need a serious review/revamp.

For example if you're a vegetarian/vegan and looking for vitamins/supplements, take a look online at the brands that they carry to make sure they suit your needs.
