My friend was the one who suggested to come here since we were in the area. She's crazzzzyyy about their elote! So ~naturally~ (pun intended) we had to get it. We got the large size to share and OOHHHH lemme tell u bout dat cheese. The cheese on top was really melty and when you pull up on it, you get that niiiice pulled cheese. The first half of the elote was great, but closer to the bottom the sauce and liquid builds up which sort of overpowers the taste. I wish there were more texture though. I was told to tell the workers to get my elote without cream cheese and mozzarella because it's too heavy and fatty, which made it pretty sickening. I wish the corn was more roasted! A small size is pretty big and can be shareable between two people. Their chamango is pretty good. Not too sour and not too sweet. This is a mix of chamoy and mangoes so you have to make sure you mix the drink really well or else you will get too much of the chamoy flavor. It looks like pink cream mixed with strawberries and powdered sugar on top. First bite I took it was just okay...maybe because I was too full.
