The cheesecake was rich, creamy, and absolutely divine. The carrot cake was also delicious, though I would've loved a bit more frosting. When we had straightforward items to order, upon asking if everything was okay, she shared that we had caught her off guard by ordering for four people all at once. I can't imagine this isn't the norm with the number of families and groups that come into the establishment regularly. Still, we were 'disrupting her,' and it seemed to be an inconvenience to the point that some items from our order were never brought out, and a few mistakes were made on the order. Furthermore, upon her bringing some of the dishes to the table, we did not appreciate her demeanor; it was just shy of flinging the plates onto the table at us. It was an inferior example of the service environment we are used to at this location. The negativity from this interaction has tarnished this experience for us, and I can't say I will return.
