I can't believe I have not reviewed this store, and it is my favorite shop in the entire Valley! They have been open for about 3 years now, and every time I am in downtown Scottsdale, I do love coming in her to browse and see any new items they may have. Tonight, after eating at The Fry Bread Lounge (newly opened), my friend and I were peering into this store and we thought they were closed as it was past their business hours but the nice guy at the counter saw us and waved us in! I was happy it was open so my friend could see this place, and I, of course, was super happy to come in and check new stuff out. I lived on the Navajo Reservation for 4 years and it is a special place in my heart, so seeing familiar items like the Navajo scarf, turquoise, piñon coffee, Navajo paintings, indigenous flutes, indigenous artwork all fill my heart with so much joy! I had a chance to chat with the counter guy, and his name is Tyrel, and he was really nice and welcoming. He let us know now that there are over 300 indigenous artisans from 20 different tribes now showcasing and selling their work here. That is just really amazing! I have also wandered in here on Saturday afternoons, and there are usually some Indigenous artists playing music here, and I have heard drumming, flute playing, and seen dancers here too! When I need to get thoughtful gifts for friends, I have some here to buy items like T shirts and Navajo themed items to give to my friends and loved ones. I love their Navajo themed Stars Wars shirts and also tonight found the cutest T shirt from the designer Turquoise Mafia! There is so much to look at here and so many unique items! Definitely, you will find something special for you and loved ones here. Prices are higher than on the rez, but also know you're supporting local and they are paying rent in Scottsdale. Wonderful, unique shop in Scottsdale, I love it!

A live performer on a Saturday afternoon

A wonderful store if you're looking for native art, jewelry, pottery, and souvenirs. The store itself is an experience. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was offered wine and coffee while I shopped. There was a live performer, and the staff was just lovely. They claim to be the only native owned and operated store in Old Town, Scottsdale. The shopping experience does feel authentic and I loved how each merchandise display is accompanied by a photo of a local artist and their story. The staff is also eager to engage and tell you more, but is not at all overbearing if you're more like me - a quiet shopper. A very wide range of prices, so I'd say mostly anyone will find a treasure to bring home. Highly recommend!

You are to have signage at each spot if you don't want people there, yet alone want people to shop there. I bought a suit from them, Came back out and my vehicle was gone. Neil is a disgusting owner. I'll gladly be returning the product I bought from there and taking my business elsewhere. If you shop here and park in his parking lot, he will tow you! They take it all the way to Guadalupe because the owner has some disgusting contract with the towing company in which he gets paid for every car that's towed. My friend parked in his lot after business hours, in an open parking spot WITHOUT ANY SIGNAGE, and his vehicle was towed! I was told by neighboring businesses that he has his customers' vehicles towed if they leave his establishment and walk next door to Diego Pops for food/drinks. BTW the tow company cannot legally withhold your vehicle for not paying their fees! They have to release your vehicle to you, and provide you with a breakdown of their fees. They can choose to take you to civil court at a later time to collect those fees, but they must release your vehicle to you! Both this business and Professional Towing & Recovery are running a SCAM!
