I went from that pp because they didn't have my waist of 35, which they told me was the most popular to another brand which the salesperson noted was "cheaper". They somewhat fit, but she said I had really skinny legs. And honestly it just didn't look good on me As I was departing she brought up a story which said I should look at Walmart for jeans because they are only 35. She mentioned Nordstrom Rack because they are cheaper and when I explained that I'd just go over to Nordstrom, the Rack was brought up again, and yep Walmart. The whole experience was exactly what you hope for in a western store: helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. Overall, great local spot if you need hat work, boots, or just want guidance from people who actually understand western wear.
