This store has the most horrible customer service. The attendants have terrible attitudes, and are not educated on the prices if their merchandise. I went in the store prior to boarding a flight and the attendant in the jewelry section misquoted pricing 3 separate times, thinking that US dollars are pesos. Upon quoting an incorrect price (translation), then the attendant became angry with me, because she quoted incorrect pricing. Unbelievable, horrible customer service. Nonetheless, the store lost a $1,000 sale from me today. (Even though the attendant said the item was $22000 Lol).

Indigenous is a small gift shop located in Terminal 2 of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It sells Native American themed goods: jewelry, home decor, clothing, books, CDs, and more. I'm not sure why I enjoy perusing this style of goods - but Native American stuff has always interested me. Of course there is the high Airport prices.

Really nice Native American shop in terminal 2 at the Sky Harbor (Phoenix) airport. I wanted to get a doll but I didn't have that kind of cash on me at the time. I ended up getting a really gorgeous pair of teal and gold dream catcher earrings for $9 (they're not tacky like some Native American craft jewelery.) I also bought the book, "Keep Going: The Art of Perseverance" by Joseph M. Marshall III for $12.95. It was an excellent book and just was what I needed to focus on during my plane ride. If I'm ever back in Phoenix, I'd for sure by stuff from there again.

Wonderful, no pressure help. Great American Native items and not over priced. Not a tourist trap store!

I'll second that it's your average airport gift shop. The ladies at the register were super nice…read morethough, that's a welcomed, other than average change of pace. I snagged a cactus here which is the first time that I've done that at the airport. Yep, I get at least one cactus everytime that I go to Arizona. Actually, I have to tote it through the entire check-in process... not this time. This time I scored it here, after check-in. And the nice clerk lady even packaged it in a carry along box. I will be back and December and guess what? I might even get two.

This store had cool little knickknacks with a Native American spin on them; my girlfriend actually purchased a cross shaped with Turquoise rocks as a present. I should also mention that this store also sold magazines, newspapers, candy, water & a wide range of HOT sauces=) Before we left we loaded up on little snacks for our Hotel room in Cancun which came in quite handy. Airports can really rip you off when it comes to purchasing just about anything but the prices at this place were quite reasonable. If and when I ever find myself at this Airport again I would definitely shop here if I forgot to bring something on my flight from home. If you find yourself in this Airport definitely give this place a once over. I gave this place 5 stars just based on your typical Airport store.
