This store has the most horrible customer service. The attendants have terrible attitudes, and are not educated on the prices if their merchandise. I went in the store prior to boarding a flight and the attendant in the jewelry section misquoted pricing 3 separate times, thinking that US dollars are pesos. Upon quoting an incorrect price (translation), then the attendant became angry with me, because she quoted incorrect pricing. Unbelievable, horrible customer service. Nonetheless, the store lost a $1,000 sale from me today. (Even though the attendant said the item was $22000 Lol).

Indigenous is a small gift shop located in Terminal 2 of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It sells Native American themed goods: jewelry, home decor, clothing, books, CDs, and more. I'm not sure why I enjoy perusing this style of goods - but Native American stuff has always interested me. Of course there is the high Airport prices.

Really nice Native American shop in terminal 2 at the Sky Harbor (Phoenix) airport. I wanted to get a doll but I didn't have that kind of cash on me at the time. I ended up getting a really gorgeous pair of teal and gold dream catcher earrings for $9 (they're not tacky like some Native American craft jewelery.) I also bought the book, "Keep Going: The Art of Perseverance" by Joseph M. Marshall III for $12.95. It was an excellent book and just was what I needed to focus on during my plane ride. If I'm ever back in Phoenix, I'd for sure by stuff from there again.

Wonderful, no pressure help. Great American Native items and not over priced. Not a tourist trap store!

Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.

Whether it's clothes or shoes or whatever you will find it. I do have to admit I really browsed around more this time than on my first visit. Paying attention to their clearance sign is suggested. A lot of items are marked down from there original prices. Today I was able to find me some nice shirts and let me tell you can't go wrong looking for shoes here. Today was a good visit. The area is very busy so be careful driving around as there are plenty of other places to shop, so driving around can be tricky. My suggestion is to come here during the week days if possible. It's well stocked and for the most part pretty organized.

Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Find more details on what is coming up at the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/events. While stores and restaurant hours may vary, the hours are typically 10 AM to 8 PM daily except for Sundays from 12 Noon to 6 PM. There is plenty of free parking around the Biltmore Fashion Park along with valet options. There is also a mall map on there along with a listing of activities and experiences with events.
