I quickly saw the Air Force 1 Shadow and I was in love.. and I knew I had to buy them. I was with my mom and sister and we all walked out of there with a pair of shoes and in total we spent about $300. We made our way to the cashier and she quickly said hi to us and told us she would check us out. I don't remember her name but she was very friendly and helpful. She got us signed up for the Nike rewards and she had all the patience in the world. She made our checking out experience a great one! All the employees we interacted with offered their help out on the floor and the store was clean and organized. I will definitely be back!

There was also a young lady that came out of the back while I was there and she was friendly as well. There was actually a lot of items with a good variety which was cool for such a small store. The men's section was, however, pretty small but I can't blame them for the fact that a lot of guys just wear their clothes until they must be thrown away. Still, a good enough selection to where when I have more time I think I will stop in and try some stuff on. I don't know, I thought the store was nice. Only four stars just because of the smaller men's section tho.

The entire time the cashier was ringing us up, a security guard stood at the door staring at us. Despite watching our entire transaction take place from start to finish, the moment my partner finished paying, the guard demanded to see a receipt. I stepped in and refused. It is completely unacceptable to watch a customer actively pay and then immediately treat them like a shoplifter. I finished paying for my things, told him the conversation was over, and walked out. A second security guard was much more polite and wished us a good day, which we appreciated, but the damage was done. If receipt-checking is strict store policy, it needs to be clearly posted at the entrance, registers, and exit. More importantly, security needs better training on customer service. Frowning, staring, and treating paying customers with suspicion is entirely uncalled for. It's all about how you treat people, and we will not be shopping here again.

They should really check their inventory bc there were several articles of questionable clothing; specifically, an ivory silk skirt with a peculiar crusty stain around the groin area for sale. It nearly made us put everything back and leave. They also don't hold anybody accountable as there were creepy dudes walking around pretending to shop, eating/drinking a can of IDK what. There's a very obvious sign that says no food or drink in the store. These pedos were eyeballing a child shopping with their father. They were clearly scoping the kid out and giving eachother weird notions. One guy was at one rack, and the other next to the father and child. When the mother came by and took the child and father away to another side of the building, these sickos left the store. Sketchy. Very f-ing scary. Anyway, here's to hoping none of the articles of clothing I purchased have any weird crusty stains or sold to the store by traffickers P.S. Buffalo, do better at managing the items you buy from random people, and the sick pedos that come to your store. If you see weird sh*t, whether clothing or behavior, don't allow it at your store.
