It's not as if you are buying home goods and decorations, but every piece in this store has a story to tell. There is that old saying " You should seek to understand, and then be understood", but at this store its almost a liaison between you and your sense of style. When you buy a piece at Chariots on Fire and place it in your house, people will see it and try understand its meaning; but ultimately they will understand you. Very few stores have had the ability to do this with the merchandise they carry. Chariots on Fire is truly one of the best hidden gems on Abbot Kinney in Venice!

Give yourself 30-40 mins minimum to find a spot!! Store - it's located at the edge of the main Abbott Kinney rows of stores. Clean, bright, lots of employees helping customers. It's Valentine's Day so it's busy busy! Piercing Studio - Marley was FANTASTIC! I was late to my appt by an hour - traffic horrific & parking horrendous. However, Marley gave up her lunch break to accommodate me. She explained clearly what she was going to do at this follow-up. It was to replace the flat back to a shorter one since it's healing well. We were lucky enough to find Diana's shop set up outside at 6:30 PM when many other shops were already closing. She mentioned this is becoming a permanent storefront soon and that she plans to still utilize the outdoor space to attract foot traffic and set up outside as well. She was such a gem - clearly, very knowledgeable about her craft, and so friendly. There were five times the number of chain options than any other place I've ever seen do permanent jewelry, with reasonable prices ranging from about $50-$90 for a bracelet, depending on the thickness and quality you choose.
