When I came next time to check the car, they installed 4 new rotors and pad, new tires and new battery. Cannot recommend enough this great business. Thanks Bruno, and keep doing what you are doing. It was delivered with an old, noisy belt; one of the partners claimed the noise was normal for a new car, but it wasn't. I had to drive over two hours to get it sorted out, and it left the shop with a different issue--while it didn't affect drivability, it was still a problem. They came to pick it up, drove it 200 miles more than necessary, and failed to provide the maintenance records I've asked for over 15 times. I tried to cancel the purchase, but they kept dodging the subject and wouldn't respond. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. As far as I'm concerned, I still want to cancel the deal.

My care team, which consisted of Ray, Sami, Stephen, and Alex, was polished and streamlined, which was much appreciated by this very busy toddler mom and tech professional. Right at the get-go, Ray understood my need to have everything lined up and ready to go so he answered most of my questions ahead of my arrival at the dealership. Already sold on the idea of a Mazda, I completed my credit application ahead of time, and had already narrowed down my options between the different vehicle types. Once I finally made it to the dealership, Sami had the car ready for me to test drive and we went over the paperwork in less than half an hour. Stephen then helped me choose a couple of great warranty options that I didn't even think to get, but I know will already pay off. On the day of pickup, Alex was gracious enough to walk me through all the different options in the car and patiently waited until I was done asking random questions. Alex and Sami, come to find out, had gone to work that morning on their day off to make sure I was able to have the best pickup/send-off experience. Thank you to this amazing team for the superior customer experience. 5 stars all the way!
