It was determined that the fuel pump was "rigged" to work for a very short time and it had multiple engine "failure" codes that had been "reset" that came back. Drove, it loved it, bought it. Ed streamlined the paperwork while he, Vladimir and I chatted about German auto, car parts, and tuning. It was a pleasant experience. I've been back a couple of times and have had no issues with the car since taking delivery, nor the assistance given. They've been forthcoming about everything, and anyone I have spoken to while visiting has only had good things to say about them. I trust them wholeheartedly. Thanks for showing me your RS7, Vladimir; it's a rocket!

I have to say that I am a big fan of the service center at this Exxon. Most recently I had a tire slowly going flat and did not notice it until a coworker pointed it out at the shop. I also had a meeting in W Midtown in 1 hour. Flirting with the idea of going ahead and driving the flat to the meeting I had visions of melting into 14th St while changing the spare during the 100 degree heat. Judging on past experience with Exxon they have plugged four tires for me, sold me two brand new ones, always ask if my fluids are ok, and just generally are helpful. This time I had ushered upfront, he found the small nail that sprung the leak, plugged it, and gave me a handshake and charged me ZERO! I immediately waltzed inside and pulled cash from the ATM and tipped him. Thanks fellas for the all the hard work throughout the years. You are much appreciated.

Insurance gave me 2 options and since I'd had minor damage repairs at another location with great results I chose Classic Collision in Sugar Hill. Through no fault of their own it took a month to get me in (can't keep qualified staff so if you have the skills it seems like a good place to work), but once I was scheduled the work was completed in 2 weeks as promised. They brought my car back to original state, even blended new paint with old so well I cannot tell the difference. The best part is the timely text updates on status. They were often enough without being annoying and kept me current on progress. I didn't feel the urge to call them once to check on status. The place was very clean and staff was great plus Enterprise will bring a rental car to you at Classic Collision, then retrieve it at Classic Collision when you pick your car up. If you have a choice for auto damage repair I would definitely recommend this establishment.
