I can't speak highly enough of our experience with this company, and particularly with Jeremiah. I initially called to ask about renting a power wheelchair and a ramp for my husband, which we needed to do as soon as possible. Jeremiah had a chair and ramp at our home that afternoon, and the price was less than any of the other companies I called. Then I began researching power wheelchairs for purchase, which can be a stressful and confusing endeavor. But Jeremiah was able to answer my many questions, and went so far as to call the manufacturer of one of the chairs we were considering to confirm that it had the features we need. He was unfailingly helpful, courteous, and prompt in returning my calls if he was out of the office at the time, and he made this stressful process considerably easier. We felt very confident ordering our wheelchair, along with a more substantial ramp, from ADA, and got a considerably better price than we would have ordering online. Then when Jeremiah and Robert, who was also very knowledgeable and courteous, delivered the chair and ramp, they adjusted everything so that it would be just right for my husband and made sure he was comfortable with the operation of the chair.
