I am reaching out to you regarding damage to my property during a towing for my next door neighbor…read moreon 3/21/24 after 8 pm. The drivers drove through my yard in the process of the pick up. I addressed this with the two drivers who were very nonchalant. The truck was on the same side of my yard which recently had $2,000 worth of plumbing repair less than 2 months ago. I spoke with one on the men regarding the damage. He acknowledged and claimed ownership of the damages; however he did not provide me with his name nor any contact information. The truck became stuck in my yard during the pick up. After, the truck was able to gain traction, the drivers fled the scene. A police report has been filed for documentation purposes. I trust that this matter will be handled professionally and in a timely manner. I am following up with you regarding damages to my property. Thus far, there have been no responses to my recent emails nor texts from you regarding trespassing on my property and the damages to my property. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very shocking.

Good thing it wasn't a "true" emergency! After waiting for the tow company dispatched by my insurance company, for over 3 hours! I went to Google and Yelp to find K & K Towing. They charged us $100 to tow our car literally less than a mile, which is a rip off. During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!
