The dispatcher kept me informed of where the driver was which helped to lessen some of my frustration. The expert came out and inspected the battery and electrical system right away and recommended a change. I appreciated that he didn't immediately push for a tow without first considering the simpler choices. He explained everything extremely clearly and answered my questions patiently. He put the new battery in quickly . He also cleaned the terminals and examined the alternator . Once the truck was back up and running he lingered a few more minutes just to make sure everything was solid. It all felt honest and straightforward.
