When I kept driving by this place off of Fort Campbell, I kept telling my mom we have to go as it's so big and nice inside! Maria is so friendly and is always offering to help. She even told us that they have HIGH CHAIRS for my baby!!/! How awesome is that? It's so spacious in here, lots of seating, very clean area and very clean bathrooms, and plenty of washers and dryers. Ash was phenomenal with instructions and ensuring I felt comfortable and understood everything. The payment process was extremely easy and everywhere has really clear instructions as well as advice The bathrooms were also extraordinarily clean and overall I felt very safe and comfortable here. The vending machines are also very well stocked and you can use your laundry card as well! One of my favorite features is that you can open up the dryers to check your load and it pauses the cycle versus completely stopping. Also getting text messages when your machine is done is a phenomenal touch! Looked good and allegedly supports veterans and emergency personnel so we decided to give it a shot. For the record I am a Veteran. Upon arrival I realized that things were not as advertised as the campground had two Huge For Sale signs on the property. I pulled to the end and a nice lady told me they were expecting me and showed me a back in site. I was expecting a pull though but backing is not an issue. Instead of the nice sites we saw on the website it was a very tight back in spot but did have full hook ups so I went against my gut feeling and backed in. Our spot worked out ok but the other spot which we were told was under construction was just a load of gravel knocked down and not packed. The power plug was on a building about 40' behind the spot and the water had to come from the camper spot next door and used a splitter so they shared the hydrant. Their trailer sunk about two blocks deep just backing in. The website shows $35 per night so we expected $150 at most for both spots plus any Veterans discount. The owner appears to be down on his luck so we stayed. Shouldn't have. He charged us $300 and had the audacity to say it was a holiday and/or special event price. He stated there was a fishing tournament in town. It is Paris Landing area so my guess there is alway a tournament going on. If we were made aware of this before hand we would have stayed elsewhere. I gave him a chance to make things right but to this point Big Jim seems to not be a very straight shooter. Look at his pix posted and then review my Google earth pix below. There are now more sheds on this small piece of property. Apparently they are not plumbed as the tenants were making runs for the bathroom shed. The bathroom shed (literally) is where they wash their dishes and themselves. Don't be deceived by the website or Big Jim's smooth talking. Do Not Make the Same Mistake We Did as Big Jim will get to you. It's a shame as after we find a place we like and that takes care of us there is a huge group that camps together so could have been much more lucrative for Big Jim had he not messed us over. Truth matters and Honesty wins in the end.

Everyone who was there was so kind and friendly. We chatted with one of the employees, John, and he was so nice, and helpful. The equipment is clean and works well. I used one of the giant dryers and was able to dry 4 loads in one machine. There were plenty of buggies to use for transferring laundry and many tables for folding.

Either way. It has clean restrooms, loads of clean tables for folding your clothes. Staff is actually here on site and friendly! The machines handle a wide variety of weights, not by loads like most do. Lots of great lighting, temperature inside is so comfortable! I'm always burning up at most because they don't use their AC. Wish they were everywhere! I'd drive extra miles to use them. This Cali and Nevada gal is impressed beyond measure!
