She had lots of ideas to sell it and she put in lots of her own effort to sell it (cleaned up the yard, cleaned our the garage). She went above and beyond my expectations. I hired her on Jan 3 and we closed on our house on Feb 14. Cant say enough good things, she was always cheery and always available for communication.

Attempts to communicate with Dan by my agent were met with silence and lack of acknowledgement. I would not recommend either Dan as an agent nor an agency that lacks such basic integrity.

Not a great experience with Select Title. First problem, we showed up for a scheduled closing only…read moreto find out it had cancelled and they never contacted us or our realtor. Second problem, we had our closing on Thursday, today is Monday and they still haven't sent our proceeds from the sale. They had us complete their form and their first excuse was that they have never sent money to a credit union before (what?) and their next excuse was they didn't have a completed form (what? - we did it in your office). Shari never returned our call or responded to emails. The only reason I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 is because Sara in Ann Arbor was amazing and always very helpful.

Best Real Estate Team Ever!…read more We have just finished selling our house, and we absolutely can't say enough about how positive our experience has been with the Edwards Team. Theresa and Kevin really went the extra mile throughout the process. This knowledgeable, enthusiastic pair helped us on many different levels. They have so many strengths that it's tough to list them all, but we'll give it a try. - They have a deep understanding of the market. This was important for us, because apparently there were really no comparable houses nearby to help establish a price. However, Theresa and Kevin were able to call on their experience to establish a price that was very fair to us as sellers, sat well with the appraiser, and also got the house sold within a week. That says the Edwards Team monitors the pulse of the market very accurately. - They were honest, pointing out areas where our 19-year-old house needed repairs and updates before selling. They were also upfront with us about timing (our repairs took longer than expected, so that we missed the peak selling window). - They were supportive, explaining the process thoroughly, and answering our nervous texts or calls promptly. They usually got back to us on the same day, in fact. They also shared their extensive lists of reliable contractors, all of whom did excellent work at reasonable prices. - They did the staging as part of their service, saving us a significant amount of money. Their well-chosen, up-to-date staging furniture really highlighted the strong points of the house, allowing it to shine in photos and look the best it has in years. - They were true partners in the process. We live three hours from the house we were selling, so at times it was difficult to get to the house when needed. But Theresa and Kevin had our backs. When a contractor needed access and we were out of town, Kevin was there to let him in and supervise his work. When a door looked ugly, Theresa rolled up her sleeves and painted it. They installed lights, updated cabinet handles, and generally helped us to polish the house. To sum it all up, we are extremely satisfied customers. We give Theresa and Kevin the highest ratings possible; they really rate 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. You just can't go wrong listing your house with the Edwards Team!

She now works with her husband, Curt Smail, through Partners Real Estate. They worked hard to sell my first house, and it sold quickly and painlessly. As for buying our new forever home, my husband and I had no idea where in the state we wanted to live. This meant, for Curt and Danny, driving us from Fenton to Marine City and everywhere in between. They did this without complaint. Danny understands market trends and house values while Curt has a background in HVAC, meaning they were easily able to steer us away from questionable homes. We found our forever home and couldn't be more grateful for Curt and Danny's help. We highly recommend them!
