There was a significant amount of mold behind the basement walls. So, we needed to get that stuff out of there! We followed Greg's recommendations for air purification and mold removal. Missing ceiling tile with cracked fitting with age discoloration was not a mentioned because it didn't leak right as he was standing there. Obviously damaged wall and basement window, but wasn't raining or leaking at the exact time he was there so no mention. Cracked tiles and sloping floor by the toilet but no water on the floor (Because it was leaking underneath) so also not reported. The wood underneath is grey several feet around so obviously going on for a long time but he said he doesn't look under things. I thought I was hiring someone that was knowledgeable and knew what to look for. Waste of money. If he would have been my thorough I could have avoided buying this place or at least offered less money to cover the repairs.
