Lies told in the process of buying a home are so dangerous because a home is where most of us have our entire lives invested. Small lies lead to big lies and she is a liability. She only cares about her commission check and she seems to tell any lie to get one. I think her mother also works here.

She was always professional and courteous and treated my family with kindness and respect. After negative experience with our realtor who sold our home, working with Venissa was truly a God-send. She made sure that we would not be taken advantage of again. I felt like she took care of me and my family every step of the way and her communication skills were superb too. She has the knowledge-base, experience and expertise. Venissa is our favorite home shopper - but, not only that. She truly knows how to represent her client's best interests and still maintain integrity and honesty. I would absolutely trust her again and would highly recommend her to others looking to buy or sell a home.

She was told "no showings until Saturday at 10 a.m." When my realtor double checked on Friday to confirm our Saturday showing, the home was suddenly "under contract". How does that happen if no showings were allowed? It was my understanding that once a home is listed in the MLS it is available to show, not listed with showings forbidden for days. Yet somehow, with no showings, the house becomes under contract. According to my realtor and other realtors I have spoken to this practice is unethical.

Those Agents have no idea what they put homeowners through for their commissions, what a selfish and unconsidered person to do that. This wasn't a showing; this was a quick comparison to another house in the sub. Please if you are not serious about buying the house don't bother the homeowners, a lots of realtors have bad reputations no need to promote it any further.

I have experience first…read morehand with Middy with our home purchase, and second-hand through a close friend with whom Middy helped sell a home. Both experiences were stellar. For our home purchase, Middy was on-the-ball every step of the way, and had an arsenal of top notch resources for us to use. Our lender experience was great, as was our inspector- both recommended by Middy. In a competitive market where it seems there are more real estate agents than there is real estate- one must choose wisely! Middy has our highest recommendation. Despite being busy with her success as a realtor, she was available for last-minute appointments and was a fast communicator. With my friend's home sale in Ypsilanti, Middy was able to sell the house for $18K more than my friend expected. She had suggestions for easy updates that really made already-solid house more appealing. She was the second agent my friend worked with. The first agent had much, much lower expectations for the sale price and did not have any witty ideas about simple updates. Nor did they have the kind of technology Middy offers her clients such as walk-through videos for the listing! She stays current with technology and was a professional photographer. She has the best tools for the job. Middy is definitely the shark you want in your corner!
