He handled the situation very well, and worked much harder than anyone had a right to expect when the process began. He and his team were professional, helpful, and effective. Cory always got back to me in a timely manner, and carefully explained everything, being very patient with me as I asked endless questions. Highly recommended.

She was told "no showings until Saturday at 10 a.m." When my realtor double checked on Friday to confirm our Saturday showing, the home was suddenly "under contract". How does that happen if no showings were allowed? It was my understanding that once a home is listed in the MLS it is available to show, not listed with showings forbidden for days. Yet somehow, with no showings, the house becomes under contract. According to my realtor and other realtors I have spoken to this practice is unethical.

Jen is the first client my husband and I ever had for our wedding photography business 8 years ago…read more We became friends while working together and have never lost touch. (Thanks Facebook!) But, fast forward to 2020... Not only were we in a position to move, we were in need of a realtor who could help us out. I remembered that Jen had just started doing exactly this job, and reached out to her. She not only got us into viewings in like two days (and the houses in Michigan right now, are going faster than many people can literally see them), 4 hours away from both of our current hometowns. She's a trooper. She's fun. And, she's knowledgeable. She handled all of the leg work in calling and setting up the viewings, walked us through the properties, and eventually, found the home that we JUST closed on with her help, on November 30, 2020. If you truly want someone who will go to bat for you, help you understand everything, be in constant contact with you, and someone who will also have just as much fun viewing houses as you... Then you NEED to go with Jen Moon. She's just simply amazing. If 5 stars is all I'm allowed to give her... I'm telling you, I'd give her 6. Thank you again Jen for everything!

I don't really know where to begin but let me start by saying I have never written a review before…read more I am highly disappointed by the fact that my boyfriend and I moved the first of April and two months later, we have never gotten our apartment finished. They had to seal the vinal floor by our shower because we couldn't use it until it was done. Also, the trim underneath the kitchen sink and the master bathroom sink was never put in. Somebody came over and told my boyfriend that they had "ordered" the wood to finish it. Yet they were in the middle of building an apartment complex behind us, so I am sure they had some extra wood to finish it. These are little things we weren't concered too much about but the fact that the office NEVER EVER answers the phone and/or gets back to you, and the fact that it has been months, bothers us. Also there is NO grass!! It is so frustrating because we have a dog and with our busy schedule we are constantly tracking in mud from the rain. The floors are bubbling up because they were done very poorly. I could go on and on but I posted some photos to prove my point. We will not be staying here another year.

Lies told in the process of buying a home are so dangerous because a home is where most of us have our entire lives invested. Small lies lead to big lies and she is a liability.
