We want to express our deepest appreciation to Jonathan Rivera for everything he did to help us sell our home. From the very beginning, Jonathan went far beyond the role of a realtor--he became a trusted partner who guided us through every step with care, expertise, and unwavering dedication. His coordination with the staging company made an enormous difference. Jonathan didn't just recommend the right team; he oversaw the entire process and ensured the home looked its absolute best. While we were out of town, he took on responsibilities most agents would never volunteer for--promoting the listing, checking in on the property, and keeping us updated so we always felt informed and supported. Knowing he was there gave us tremendous peace of mind. Jonathan managed every detail with exceptional care--from coordinating the pre inspection to guiding us through the items that came up. He connected us with the right professionals when needed and ensured everything stayed on track well before the open house. He also invested significant time with prospective buyers, ensuring they understood the value of the home and helping us secure the right price. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but Jonathan made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. We are truly grateful for his hard work and the heart he put into this process. Jonathan listened to us from the very start, and was able to navigate around our special set of circumstances. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. His marketing skills are top knotch, and the video he created to showcase our home was a perfect 10 out of 10! The photos he had taken were also top quality as well! What impressed us the most, is his desire to deliver a superior product. He even asked his videographer to return for additional shots because on the day of the original shoot, it started raining, and he wanted the sun shining. The sale was super quick, too! The photos and video were taken 3 days after we signed with him, and we received an offer the day before we were to go on the MLS! We closed 29 days days after the offer. One other thing that I appreciated about working with Jonathan, is how responsive he was. We never had to wait around to hear back from him. read more
