I understand this individual was thoroughly disingenuous, would not communicate with my friend's agent, tried very hard to scuttle the deal because things weren't going his way, lied about a number of issues, and illegally tried to have the closing postponed after the bank had committed the funds. The owner of the agency defended his malicious actions to the letter. My friend believes the two of them are related, which, in my mind, would be a fantastic argument for sterilization. My friend urges everyone to stay away from this agency at all costs. All the gilled creatures in this pond likely smell the same... pretty damn fishy if you ask me!
