I went to go look at it and it was perfect!…read more Since I live 30 minutes from their office it was convenient to fill out an application on their website. $63 app fee is a lot, but I really liked the condo so I filled it out and paid the fee. It said someone will be contacting me after the application is reviewed. I waited 2 days until I called the office. First their was no answer. Second I guess the secretary answered and transferred me to the lady who is over that property. Went to voicemail I left a message and never got a call back. Almost a week later and still haven't heard from them. And I had my realtor call them too and she never got an answer. I guess I'm out of $63 I gave them 2 stars because the property was very nice and clean. But them getting over with the $63 NOT COOL!

This could have caused it to collapse due to the progressive damage it was causing. I also escalated the issue to a higher-level manager, but my messages eventually went unanswered. Several months later, the leak was repaired after I escalated the matter through external channels. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the maintenance response and communication. I would recommend that prospective renters explore other options first before choosing a property managed by this company.

I had put in a request for something online and started to get phone calls weekly from Sandy at Mark Z, so eventually I just spoke to her. She was so considerate that I was glad I picked up the phone. Suffice it to say - I emailed her, Michelle and Kathy a couple times. Despite both being very busy the week we were in a pinch to see a home, they immediately reassured me they'd have someone available and sent over Zack Jones. And from there - we have exclusively been dealing with Zack. He's been GREAT, to say the least! He's honest, laid-back, and has a wonderful personality. He looks at things and notices details we may not have (both positive & negative), which is SO valuable in a realtor. He is super open-minded and incredibly knowledgeable about various things. He always follows up, and asks us what else we need him to look into about any houses we are interested in. We still haven't found the one - but we are close! Regardless - we are incredibly looking forward to continuing to work with Zack & Sandy along the way. I will update my review in the coming weeks with the rest of our experience with this team.

I'm looking into legal adction. They are asssociated with Mark Z real estate so don't trust them either. (Mark Z got involved in my dispute and defended the deceitful practices instead of having any concern that I was misled and that their contract follows a known practice where they word things to intentionally mislead you, becuase they know you would never sign it otherwise.)

I had the worse scenario for my home sale the buyer's agent was overly aggressive and Mark was mild-mannered. I was not counseled on how to counteract the buyer's agent and he ultimately got every advantage for his client and I received nothing but a much smaller amount of money due to the expensive concessions I made. Upon review of this abyssmal sale, Mark said I am the one entirely at fault. and actually defended the buyer's abrasive nature. Very strange considering the owner of the company stated below she was "let go". We stand by our review based off our experience. My husband and i used The Perna Team to help us find a rental as we were out of state and wanted help from someone local to the area that could recommend a good area to live in. Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable in providing potential towns that would be good options, as well as very thorough in providing videos of not only the interior of the spaces as well as the exterior (business of streets, surroundings etc). The unit we settled on still had a tenant living in it when Rachel went to take the initial video of the space. We feel the ball was dropped once the arrangements were settled and EXP Realty got their paycheck. Move in day came, which was our first time ever seeing the property in person and getting the keys from Rachel. Part of the lease agreement we signed was a non refundable cleaning fee - we were told by Rachel the unit would be properly cleaned prior to our arrival and that the rugs would be deep cleaned due to me having a severe cat allergy. Upon entry to the unit the place was filthy- it looked as if the previous tenant had left that morning prior to us getting there. Wet dish sponges, dirty sinks, sticky substances that needed to be physically scrapped off the floor. She also left a ton of her personal items behind. When we reached out to Rachel to rectify the situation she said the solution would be that they would have cleaners come in the following day. I said absolutely not, by this point in the day we already cleaned everything ourselves and we paid for the cleaning to be done prior to our entry and not after. At this point Rachel told us to reach out to our landlord directly and there was nothing she could do, basically washing her hands of the situation. Which i feel like is not a good enough answer. The ball was dropped and the unit should have been inspected by her following the exit of the previous tenant to ensure the unit was in fact cleaned properly.
