We could not have found a more professional and intelligent team to work with. Jake Davis was our real estate agent, and he is the best of the best. He was highly intelligent, professional, charismatic, and delightful. We met briefly over video chat and discussed our wants and needs. He was able to help us simplify our search using a specific app that allowed us to find listings. When we went to look at homes, Jake was highly knowledgable. He asked the owner extensive questions about utilities and issues with the home. We ended up at the third house and decided this was the home for us. Jake worked extensively to help us get our dream home. He was super excited for us, and checked in on us continuously. He even called me at 10pm after I received some information regarding the inspection. We were able to talk things out and created a plan of action that worked best for us. The whole time, Jake was by our side. He was super involved in the entire process, and even stayed the entire duration of the inspection. He responds with a sense of urgency and makes you feel like you are his main priority and client. Jake Davis was an immense pleasure to work with and made the home buying process seem to easy. I don't even know where to begin with how amazing it's been to work with Adrian and everyone at the Delia group! When my wife Ashly and I started our home search we were given her name as a recommended Realtor in the area we were looking to move to. That recommendation was the BEST thing that could have happened to us in our journey to becoming home owners. From there she took the time to do a zoom meeting with us and go over everything we should expect going forward to make sure we were fully informed and we started our search. We had crazy schedules at the time so she really worked with us to make sure we saw every house we were interested in. She is a very popular Realtor understandably and even though she was super busy we felt like she was always right on top of our every need and made us feel like we were her top priority! Then when we were striking out, she suggested we try looking in White Lake since it might be closer to our price range and we might have more luck. Well boy was she right! We found the house we had been searching for!!! She is a smooth operator and used all the right things in the offer and we were accepted over 8 other offers!! We were having a hard time with our lender during closing and she even read over everything with us since we are first time home buyers! Thanks to Adrian, every step of the way we felt supported and cared for! Our lenders left us waiting for hours on the day of closing and not only did Adrian sit there with us the whole time but she worked her tail off and somehow was able to find a way to still make it happen that day!!! We are first time home buyers and I am personally pretty fussy so far in this process. That being said, a realtor should be HELPING you achieve your goals of the perfect home, right? With Tom Delia and Tifarah Aragona as our agents, this did not happen. From day one, we felt like an inconvenience when we sent listings or wanted to see places. Crooked!! Especially Tom Delia! All that he cares about is the money! First off I could never get a hold of him. He was always on vacation and sending another woman for his showings. He sold us a home at top dollar, didn't even bother going in a little less. All kinds of issues with the home, that were not mentioned by his friend Mike in the inspection report! The roof was leaking the second day we lived there! Had to come out of pocket for that! The entire AC unit and furnace needed to be replaced for $4k!! Not to mention the furnace had been "FLAGGED", since December 2015 and we were sold the home March 2016. There was never any mention and the heat was even running while we looked at the home and during the inspection. They knew we had a small child and could care less if any of us would've died from carbon monoxide poisoning! I would NEVER recommend the Delia Group!!! RUN and RUN fast!!!! If you decide to hire him, hire an attorney beforehand!!! read more
