Also, her sales manager never contacted me and addressed the issue despite calling them. Prior to closing, I wanted to have an inspector inspect the house, she spoke to me on the phone and told me that their are no such thing as an inspector with proper qualifications to inspect my home. Then when I had issues with the flooring, she said "as long as the structural are good we can close". They rushed the closing charged us 500 for not closing on time, and then after closing, took them 8 months to repair my kitchen floor.then my shingles were bubbling, in which I reached out; They repaired them immediately but I was met with "they are done right its an aesthetic flaw." uhm what? My shingles bubbling because they are not played correctly is not aesthetic. Now my basement has been leaking and we are going on a year in Feb 2025; they have yet to diagnose the leak source or address it. When I submitted complaints regarding my kitchen floor lifting she told me it was an aesthetic issue, lol my under a month home having a vynil floor completely lifting is aesthetic lol. Then they had a construction crew working on a sidewalk next to my home in which they used my house, my water source, and my property to complete a public side walk that has nothing to do with me. Next time I buy a home, and I meet anyone Like Merry Stefan, I'm running for the hills. Unprofessional, nasty, and doesn't care about her clients interest. Oh might I add she attempted to tell us we are not allowed to use an agent of our choosing to buy the house so she can make a larger percentage of the profit. Outright nasty.

We have done real estate closings using Chirco Title Agency, Inc at this location in the past. We…read morerecently made an offer that was accepted on a foreclosed property owned by a bank. As a buyer we can normally choose the title company we want to use but when dealing with a bank all bets are off! Fortunately in our case the bank chose to use Chirco Title who we have had good service from in the past. Our appointment time for closing was set for 3 pm and being from across town we arrived plenty early. While we waited they offered us coffee, water, etc. and at five minutes before three Diana led us back to our conference room to start the closing. All closing documents were provided to everyone more than 24 hours in advance as is standard practice. Since everything was available for review in advance the actual closing was done in about five minutes and Diana was off to make copies for everyone. Chirco is a very professional and investor friendly title company that is familiar with all the non-standard techniques used for investment properties that some that only deal with consumers don't understand.

The car is still there. I ask them over and over again to remove the car. Nothing. It's like they are on vacation. The snow plows will not plow my street because of the damn ONE car. So far, they are doing a bad job. Very poor.
