I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to my realtor Jerome Townsend. I thought Mr. Townsend would give up on me, because I continually changed my mind as to what type of property I wanted as well as the location. Mr. Townsend never stopped working with me. When I decided on the condo I wanted he advised me that we would have to submit the bid immediately because the property would go fast. When I said ok we can do it tomorrow, Mr. Townsend insisted that we do it the same day that the condo was listed. This required working until 9Pm that night to get all the paperwork in. Yes, I was the first bidder and yes I did get the condo. It appears that there were five other people that bided on the property the following day. Rob was the most solid, dependable, calming presence while my husband and I were house hunting. In every house we walked into he was able to tell us approx costs and difficulty of fixing issues, updating rooms, the condition of furnaces/AC units, hot water heaters etc. We ended up buying a new construction home and even then, if it weren't for Rob, I'm not sure we would've gotten to the closing table. He is the best and most helpful realtor.
