Management acknowledged the situation was "unfortunate" but stated it was not their responsibility and did not view the delay as a problem. As a result of the nonpayment, the contractor returned and removed pipes and hardware, leaving the shower unusable again. This situation could have been avoided with effective communication, which this company consistently fails to provide. I recommend finding another property management company.

Anything after the 5th is considered late. lol funny cause actually my lease says anything after the 7th day is late. But they have been charging me late fees after the 5th date. Full disclosure I went there for my builders license and and had a great experience. I approached the staff as soon as I found out that there is no accreditatio and was told the owner is out of country. I lost $545 and wasted a days time. The teacher even said you are all technically home inspectors already. I'm a licensed builder. There is no point of the class and they said they will let me know about the returning of my funds. I told them I feel this is a huge scam and there is no certification offered. They responded with no but there is a "certificate". To which there is no database where a homeowner could verfit through the state. I am very unhappy with this experienc! $545 is not a little sum of money but more importantly I lost a days time.
