But after suffering this loss of losing prime time of 45 days of keeping house off the market and further expense on keeping the house empty I am having a tough time getting my EMD back from KW. Fady and and his broker have me entangled on a technicality which I cannot do as I am in the middle of filing a law suit against the buyer. Upon review of this abyssmal sale, Mark said I am the one entirely at fault. and actually defended the buyer's abrasive nature.
