I was not counseled on how to counteract the buyer's agent and he ultimately got every advantage for his client and I received nothing but a much smaller amount of money due to the expensive concessions I made. Upon review of this abyssmal sale, Mark said I am the one entirely at fault. and actually defended the buyer's abrasive nature. I believe the building/management has options as well for more flexible coworking spaces, virtual offices, etc. The main entrance and atrium is light and beautiful, professional and aesthetically pleasing. It makes this building a nice place to host client meetings. There's a cafe on the bottom floor. I haven't checked it out, but it looks like it is open during meal time hours potentially. Multiple "wings" and elevators to traverse the floors. Ample parking all around the building. Conveniently located off the freeway, and many dining options in short driving distance. (Not much in walking distance.)
