Everything has worked to plan and Mousa always gives you his most realistic lowest estimates for returns, which have always been lower than the actual returns. I've been in my home for 11 years going on 12years and never have I ever received this professionalism and hard work changes and making a tenant happy .I really appreciate the team for the quick response and professionalism. I also remember the time where my furnace was out during the winter and the last management company kept fixing it over and over!!!! When Mutual Property management came in they took one look at the furnace and they said we're going to put you in a new furnace . I had tears in my eyes because have been dealing with this for years. I couldn't be happier! I received my keys yesterday to a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood on the west side of Detroit. I started my search on Trulia; and the initial property I was interested in led me to WeRentDetroitHomes.com. The company is legit. A lot of the available properties were recently renovated too; but even the ones that weren't were well taken care of previously. The home I ultimately decided on exceeded my own expectations (and within budget!). At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. The process was fast and the property manager, Tish, was both helpful and professional. Not only did she communicate effectively, I felt as though she was working in my favor. I'd recommend this Company to anyone looking to rent in the city. There's a $25 application fee that's collected before they pull your credit (they are VERY understanding). That's then used to determine your security deposit, which will never exceed one and a half month's rent. read more
