I informed them and the contractor to take the heater away since it was sitting unused for over a month...no response. Melissa is incredibly rude on the phone and email. She has something stuck up her ass. I can't believe my condo association is paying money to these people to manage the property. They can't even manage their own emails or themselves.

After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

I filled out everything completely with money order..I explained that I hadn't received a paycheck yet but would be able to provide proof of employment, which I did.. They told me that within 48 they would call me to update me on the status of the application..After 48 hours and no phone call, we called them, only to find that they needed ANOTHER employment verification and this time on a company letterhead, which I had faxed over immediately.. They then told us it would be another 48 hours.. After another 48 hours we called again after again not hearing from them and they told us that everything was in the works and that we would have an answer by Friday (another 48 hours).. Friday came and went and on Monday I called again. Iwas told the app had been pre approved and was now being sent to corporate office for final approval and that I would know in (you guessed it) another 48 hours..Once again, it came and went and when we once again called them they told us they werent able to do anything until they had copies of our social security cards and IDs, not to mention that they say they called my previous landlord and left numerous messages and were never able to verify our previous rental exp... I am close with my previous landlord and called her and she stated that she had been waiting for the call and nothing ever came through and absolutely NO messages were left... This whole process started on the 18th of September, it is now the 4th of October and we are not playing the game anymore..We are out the 100.00, they refuse to give it back, even though they werent able to "do" anything with our application..This was a complete rip off and I warn anyone who thinks taht it may be a good deal to seriously reconsider..On top of that, they charge you first, last and a month and a halfs worth rent to move in (1850.00) and we were never even able to see the inside of the trailor..Very unhelpful customer service...Its amazing to me that this place is still running...

In that lot was 5 CNC machines, a hi lo and thousands of dollars in metal materials. He ended up brokering the sale of everything to the new home buyer. He charged the new home buyer & my mother. After stealing lots of her stuff she only received a check for $365. We have witnesses that he sold a welder for $2k just to name one thing. In the process taking taking these crooks to court.
